Nono Chipotle
Ordered a chicken bowl and recieved a pile of fat. There was only a small scoop and 90 % was fat. The first two bites I bit into this straight chicken fat so i stopped to go through the bowl only to find two small pieces c of chicken and fat.
I have seen them cook the meat on the grill and watched them cut the meat up and set the fat to the side.
Two bites for $10.
The beans had a strange after taste that made me barf the two bites that I did eat. I don’t know if it was from not being fully cooked or they were going bad from being leftovers. Anyway they
I wished I would have read the reviews prior to stopping at this location because the one star reviews were visible at this location.
Never again someone need to send a health inspector to this location.
Regardless of how many employees are on shift there should be one designated person to wipe down tables,clean up spills and keep the visible areas clean.
There should be one person handling the cash and passing out the mobile orders they should not be jumping off the register to prepare food
In my personal opinion there are some food violations because I have never tasted Chipotle like this….ever. I had to gargle with mouthwash to remove the strange taste out of my mouth.
If they are not removing the excess fat they not doing a lot of other things to prepare the food.
I wasted my lunch break at this location on March 02,2026 my colleagues ate at other restaurants in the shopping area and had a good experience including McDonald’s.
This place needs to hire a cleaning crew to come in after hours and scrub this place from top to bottom every inch and throw out any cooked or prepped foods,start all fresh and send a new staff of workers because something is wrong real wrong at this location.
Because of this subpar chipotle chicken fat bowl I will need to notify the health department as a matter of public saftey, as this is a staple for busy people on the go and this area in itself, deserves a real Chipotle.

NEVER order an Uber eats order from them, I ordered 2 burrito bowls with double meat in both and received 2 bowls with half a scoop of rice a sprinkle of beans and a half scoop of meat in each. I could put both bowls together and it wouldn’t fill a single bowl! WHAT A JOKE. whether its uber or not you should give people what they pay for BAD BUSINESS you’re better off at McDonald’s

This visit will probably be my last at this Chipotle for a while. I stopped by tonight with two hours left before closing and there was a sign on the door that said “No Rice – Online Orders Only.” If you can’t serve one of the most basic ingredients with that much time left in the day, something is seriously wrong.
Unfortunately this isn’t a one-off issue. Multiple recent visits have had problems like no tortillas, lettuce that looks terrible, or ingredients constantly missing. The employees look completely overwhelmed and like they’re counting the minutes until they can go home.
This used to be a good location, so I gave it a few months hoping things would improve. They haven’t. At this point it feels like a management problem.
Maybe I’ll try this location again someday if things change, but for now I’ll be driving to a different Chipotle.

I apologize for having to share this feedback. I had a late lunch around 3 p.m. and found the food to be dry, with the containers not being adequately refilled. Furthermore, the indoor dining area was quite unclean, featuring sticky chairs and tables that still had food crumbs on them. Additionally, the mixed juices in the drink section were unavailable. My family and I have visited this particular Chipotle before, and our previous experiences were much more satisfactory. Perhaps other Chipotle locations offer a different experience.

This location used to be exceptional, however the most recent visit changed that. The serving table was filthy, the person taking my order didn’t even bother to ask anything just looked at me with annoyance. Cashier was fine but no receipt was given and had the most minimal desire to interact. Tables and floors were very dirty.

Not the chipotle I grew up with… employees didn’t bother to change gloves after handling meat and veggies AND cleaning the counter all with the same set. Snickered in my face when I politely asked her to change her gloves, and the foil of the burrito was covered in guac and other juices from the serving counter. Out of everything on the counter, stool was literally missing and all the tables were dirty. Incredibly disrespectful and gross atmosphere.

Surprisingly, based on other reviews, our online food order was correct. The food was pretty good too. But the cashier seemed absolutely bothered that someone was asking to pick up their food order, then having to give me a drink cup on top of that warranted an eye roll. Both agua fresca and both lemonade were completely empty. I got the absolute last singular ice cube in the soda machine too which seems like a silly thing to complain about but compile all of this onto a single visit is pretty ridiculous. Let’s top off the messy drink station with no lids and when I asked boy did the body language seem like it was the end of the world. This screams poor management. Good thing I don’t frequent chipotle and each time my wife and I choose to go, we’re reminded why we don’t frequent.

My girlfriend and I decided to stop by, since we used to work here and we wanted some Chipotle. Upon entering, the tables had rice, napkins, and trash on them. Two employees were on their break just chatting, but the trash was right in front of them? As we got to the line, we noticed it was completely filthy. Plastic burrito wraps everywhere, rice everywhere, beans everywhere, it was just a mess. When they rechanged the brown rice, they reused the same dirty spoon and didn’t change that. The lady taking our order dropped beans into our rice, but didn’t care. Also, the grill was filthy and they were preclosing and had no guacamole, no more white rice, and the leftover cart was already preloaded and it was BARELY 9:00 PM. The workers were all negative and not a good experience whatsoever.

Nothing but a bunch of rude immature kids working tonight, food and counter looked nasty while also out of key ingredients. Manager was out on “break”. The employees were laughing the whole time and making fun of customers. Not only did the family in front of us walk out midway through their order but we did too. Hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle in years!

Not one to leave reviews, bad ones at that but the experience was HORRIBLE! Workers incredibly rude and highly unprofessional, out of key ingredients and tried to serve scraps of what was left. Very unappealing environment and extremely unappetizing food. My burrito was pretty much dripping water by the time it was time for it to be wrapped. I’d be lying to say we didn’t walk out on this meal. If your craving Chipotle please save yourself the trip and go to a different location
