Cashier helped me. I had cash. Ordered and it came out quickly. IT was hot and fresh. No complaints. Restroom was clean. You need to get buzzed in. Plenty of seating in the dining room too.

Ordered 2 burritos and they came in bags instead of being wrapped in the wrapper and came out looking like triangles and mush.

I absolutely love Taco Bell. It is my favorite restaurant but i would not recommend this location to anyone. The pair shaped lady has the roughest attitude. I think she hates her job. She runs the front counter and the drive through window and is the rudest person I have ever met in my life.

Order three chicken tacos and only one had what I would say a decent amount of chicken on it. The other two had one bit of chicken so basically a cheese taco. Everyone at the window and the guy who took my order were nice but whoever was on the line need to be trained on the right portion of chicken needs to be put in a taco. I called the guy said please hold then I heard a bunch of noise and then a loud buzzing sound.

I visited this location 12/01/24 around 4:00 pm. I noticed that after I placed my order, the kitchen staff were using their cell phones WHILE WEARING GLOVES and then would proceed to HANDLE AND MAKE THE FOOD. I witnessed this from the man working the drive-thru line (heavier man with facial hair, was listening to loud rap the whole time) and from the younger guy working the line for the dine-in customers (this guy had facial tattoos). The guy working the drive-thru side was worse. He would actively scroll through the iphone screen and at the same time place handfulls of cheese on the quesadillas he was making. There was a female manager on duty who also was laid across the drive-thru counter on her phone as well. I will NEVER return to this unsanitary location. I will be contacting the Gaston County Health Department regarding this.

For a Taco Bell, I’ve always had decent service and speed at this location. Today, I’m motivated to post a review because the petty level was way higher than it needed to be. I’m a new rewards member and want to get the most of the app. Generally,I’ll just try it and delete but why not try?? Prompted with the generic question at the drive up speaker, I answered yesterday, I’m a member. The voice said, okay, go ahead. Again, new to this, so I went ahead with my order. Not repeated back, just any sauce? Cool, it wasn’t complicated,so I pull up. The girl at the window says the amount, takes my card, and runs it. I asked if she needed the check in number and she said, “it’s too late.” This is confusing because at no point did she ask for the number. She repeated our initial conversation to which I said, “go ahead” means go ahead with your order to my ears…. But again, cool, whatever. She hands my card and receipt then turns away to grab my food. She comes back and thrusts my bag at me, to which I said thank you and pulled away. Imagine my sheer delight when the hard shelled Taco on top is broken into pieces and leaking juice all over the quesadilla and paper bag.
Food is good, service is questionable. If they’re having a rough day before lunch hour even gets going, your tacos may face their wrath….. Be warned.
And be sure you spit out your check in number at the earliest possible moment because it’s 100% your responsibility to know what they’re asking for without clarification. If you decide to try the app. Still not sure if I’ll keep it, though you do have the benefit of scanning your receipts.

This is the best tasting taco bell but I give every restaurant that I go to a 3 star rating because ethere is no interaction with the employees, you have to place your order on a stupid machine, for that it gets 2 stars on everything, except the food!!

10-22-22 Worst fast food experience in my 55 year life. Got there at 8:30pm and didn’t see anyone at the register so ordered from the kiosk. Then realized everyone in the dining room had not got there food yet. Asked one of the workers if we could cancel our order and he didn’t offer any help. Over 30 minutes later we got our food. Took it to go since it took so long. My lemonade was pure water. Young lady making food kept saying “I’m not rushing” and believe me she wasn’t! There were 4 people trying to run the restaurant.
