Vic’s omelet was fluffy and full of flavor, while the #3 combination delivered the kind of hearty, classic breakfast that satisfies completely. The iced brew was bright and refreshing, a perfect complement to the meal, and I enjoyed it so much I ordered another to take with me. The house jam was a standout—fresh, vibrant, and memorable enough that I purchased a jar to bring home to the East Coast.
This is the kind of breakfast spot that leaves a lasting impression, the balance of good food and genuine hospitality done right. The Griddle will certainly be at the top of my list the next time I find myself in Idaho.

Had tried to eat here once before and it was so packed we went somewhere else. This time we were able to get seating just fine on a weekday morning. My wife loved the huckleberry crepes and honestly it was a delicious sweet huckleberry sauces. I had the chicken fried steak and could easily give it a solid 9.5/10. May be one of the best chicken fried steak I’ve had. CFS was savory, crispy, melt in your mouth crunchy crumble kind of fried quality. Will be back to try crab cake Benedict and biscuits and gravy, both look great!

I’ve had this experience several times and this is the last time I’ll be visiting. I went to get breakfast today, and they were busy since it’s a Saturday morning. I noticed there were several spots open at the bar and, as it was just myself, I said I would be fine with having a seat at the bar if that was OK. The host looked at the bar and the open spots, and said that she would still put me on the waitlist, but that I should be seated very quickly. I was fine with waiting, so I had a seat to wait. A father and his daughter came in after me, and they were told the same thing about the seating at the bar, so they sat down next to me. After that, more people came in sets of one or two and asked how long the wait was going to be, and they were seated at the bar immediately. Once the bar reached a point where it was full, I looked over at the father and his daughter and said that I wasn’t going to wait anymore. If this had been a one time thing, I might be OK with it. Unfortunately, this has happened to me every time I have visited for the last several visits. It’s also happened to me when I’ve been with other people. Why is there a wait list if people choose not to follow it?

I’ve been to many countries in the last 40 years military. You name it and I’ve eaten at a lot of different places and this is one restaurant that unfortunately I wish was closer to my home that this is is an amazing restaurant to the people they hire are the friendliest not most knowledgeable people. I highly recommend this.

An excellent breakfast restaurant! The most delicious crepes. Try the Peach crepes, you you won’t regret it. Awesome coffee & they’ll bring you heavy whipping cream if you ask. Fast & the most friendly service with a smile. What more can you ask for? A+ experience!

Food was mediocre. The hash browns were great but the eggs Benedict was off. Either the egg wasn’t poached well enough or it had a lot of water. Either way we couldn’t make it through it. Service was ok. Not horrible. Not great.
