Ordered a to go dinner, it was ready when promised even though they were packed. Everything was cooked perfect and exactly to order. Nothing missed, tasted great, this is a standout location, definitely visit here.

Had a great meal at Applebee’s! I ordered the French onion soup, which is my all-time favorite, and it was delicious as always. The fiesta lime chicken was flavorful and perfectly cooked. Our server, Mark, was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Clean restaurant, good food, and great service, definitely a solid visit!

Salad was extremely wilted, croutons were stale and chewy all mostly inedible. My side of broccoli was just as bad. Really disappointing when you’re really hungry and looking forward to a good meal. Waste of $45!

Took my wife to dinner there tonight and I must say there was a drastic improvement in the overall service and food.
We had a bad experience within the last two weeks and I voiced my concerns on the Google Review Ratings.
Someone took notice and I was totally impressed with the superb quality of service and quality of food. The staff seemed upbeat and all smiles. The food was delicious.
The on duty manager was attentive and interacting with the customers. Our Server was professional, polite, and on top of giving us nothing but the best in customer service. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was inviting.
We enjoyed our dinning experience and will be back.

By far the best Applebee’s! The GM is amazing and truly cares about staff and customers! I watched a small child drop a drink and immediately started crying, without missing a beat the GM came over and cleaned it up, got a new drink and comforted the kid. Crying stopped and that kid never seemed happier. Good work Applebee’s! Keep it up!

The Quesadilla Burger was excellent and Corona I washed it down with was cold. The place was very clean and the staff was excellent. I was at the bar and the bartender took great care of me. It was a great experience.

We visited Applebee’s in Liberal today, and I must say I was very pleased with the food and service! We were greeted with a smile from a young man on the way in and he held the door for us on our way out. Our waiter, Ciro, was most attentive and very friendly and the manager was on top of things and checking on the customers regularly. All the employees seemed to be in happy moods and had smiles on their faces. Such a great visit and change of scenery and service than our last few outings in the area.
