Today at 3:57 PM, I went through the drive-thru to order food, and the experience was completely unacceptable. The employee taking my order clearly had no idea what they were doing, and the manager was even worse. When they attempted to take my order, they didn’t seem to understand anything I was saying.
I specifically ordered tacos without salsa and repeated it twice because I am allergic. The employee sounded irritated and unprofessional the entire time. When I received my food, I asked again if the tacos had no salsa. The person said they didn’t, but on the receipt it clearly said “add salsa.”
They had to fix the tacos because they messed up, and the manager who came to “help” had a very rude and annoyed attitude. I told him he needs to properly train his staff, and he got even more upset and basically told me to just leave.
As if that wasn’t enough, they also forgot my Jumbo Jr. burger. I didn’t go back to the restaurant because at this point I was afraid that if I complained again, they might do something to my food—something that unfortunately happens often when customers complain.
This is the second time I’ve had a terrible experience at this location. I’m completely tired of the disrespect, the lack of professionalism, and the awful service from the employees and management at this restaurant.
This message is going straight to your corporate office, because I’ve had enough. Customers deserve basic respect and safe, accurate food, especially when allergies are involved. This location needs immediate attention before someone gets seriously harmed.

This may be the best jack in the box out there. I came through and had a payment issue, let the manager on duty know (I believe his name was Isa? Shoutout that guy he was a cool ass dude) he got me squared away with their store manager and I received a refund promptly after a couple days. I have to also give a special shoutout to Leslie for being an amazingly kind and caring employee. Thank you for such a randomly pleasant experience from a small simple mistake.

Staff is always on it and they are a pretty quick service here.
I always ask for extra pickles, never get them. Asked this time, was charged $00.15 for extra pickles. . .still never got extra, still the standard 5 pickles. Sadness.

I eat jack in the box more than any other fast food chain…this one is just abysmal…i have had multiple bad experiences here. This last experience tipped the scale because the food was not edible and the customer service was lack luster. I don’t think that i will visit again.
