I just pulled up here to order at 11:45 and nobody answered the intercom for 10 minutes so I pulled up to the window and the lady signal to me from inside that they are closed. There were no signs up or anything. Nobody even actually spoke to me. She refused to come to the window. I don’t know what’s up with this place but honestly do better.

went to McDonald’s last night about 1030 and I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese extra pickles large and a 2 cheeseburger meal. the 2 cheeseburger meal was cooked over done. the fries had no salt on them. and the quarter pounder was also raw I took two bites before I realized it was raw.

I am not sure where to start. Placed order on kiosk, paper was out so no receipt. Waited over 10 mins to get food, short 1 burger, sat to eat while waiting for them to bring burger and it was not plain as requested and had another burger with it that was a special burger. All food was cold. Drink machines were closed so they were making drinks and were not filled all the way. We wanted refills but the wait was too long. Ketchup machine was broken, had to get packets, ice was broken. People were walking out because they were not getting service. One of the worst McDonalds experiences we have had.

I will say the food service here isn’t the best but that beautiful young man in the evening drive thru needs a RAISE ASAP. He is always so kind and very pleasant to speak with, and very we’ll educated. props to his parents! and his voice is strikingly powerful!! he is surely going places mark my words.

After a long trip and returning from the airport, I wanted a meal and relax. My order was for a double fish filet meal. Once home I noticed I was given a single fish filet. Didn’t feel like driving back another 15 minutes. I called the number on the receipt numerous times, no answer. Only asking for a code. Called again several times today, same response. Why list number if you are not planning on answering the phone. In today’s world I need my money to get every penny out of it. Why doesn’t the the receipt have the corporate office number on it? Maybe this establishment trying to pinch pennies and think you won’t know or that you don’t care that they are ripping you off. BAD MANAGEMENT!! I WON’T LET YOU RIP ME OFF!!

Waited nearly 5 min in drive thru just to be greeted. Ordered fish meal, got chicken nuggets. Asked for buffalo sauce, got picante something. Mocha frappe was WAY TOO MUCH chocolate. If it wasn’t late and I didn’t have to work, I would have went back asap.

Save your money and McDonald reward points.They will serve you cold food and smile in your face.I threw up all the food I bought from this McDonald’s. This is the only place where you could order a 5$ sandwich and it comes back cold. I wasted all my money , They took forever to give me my food and when I received the food it was cold.One of my worst McDonald’s experiences ever. It sucks that I can’t even go to McDonald’s and get hot fries anymore. The culture of McDonalds is dying and I’m so sad to see this. The customer service is so poor it’s making so much room for the robots to come in and take jobs in the market. Bad customer service is losing corporate billions dollars.

it just feels like an actual restaurant for an affordable price and their extra value menu is awesome when you want a good feast but don’t want to spend too much money

Never getting food from here again. Missing sauces. Burger meat tasted funky, couldn’t eat it. Nuggets and fries looked like they were from last week. Fries basically had no salt on them as well. Extra disappointed since it was a while since I had McDonald’s and I was looking forward to it. In any case, never getting from here again.

I tried using the app for a deal, which I do EVERY time I go to McDonalds and never have a problem. For some reason, it didn’t ring up properly, which is absolutely NOT my fault. I had what I’m assuming is the manager come up to me, I showed her proof I used the code because you can’t reuse it consecutively. She proceeded to tell me it didn’t ring up that way so I don’t get the 20 piece nuggets. I said I know it’s not your fault, and I don’t mean to sound rude, but I paid almost $16 for 2 large fries, a mcflurry, and a medium sweet tea. It was not my fault the code did not ring up properly and I showed you proof I used it. I also waited in the line for over 40 minutes. She told me no, shut the window in my face, and never came back. Worst experience I have ever had at a McDonalds. The other staff were friendly but that manager was horrible. Never returning.
