In all honesty, this establishment is a favorite among my family and I would always visit if we were in the mood for Olive Garden. However, due to the negative experience we had on December 7, 2025, I do not believe we would be attending here again. Firstly, we were a party of eleven people, and the manager, Julian, attempted to seat us at a table of two on the back by the stairs (which had an unpleasant odor). This resulted in us being crammed together, so we requested to be seated again at a table of three. They informed us that it was acceptable, but it would take an additional 15 minutes, which I found to be significantly longer. Upon being seated, we were placed at two tables that were not connected. I informed the manager, Julian, that we wanted to sit together and requested three tables, as we were there to eat together, not spread out. Julian’s response was that he had already seated us twice, so he was unwilling to seat us all together. However, I could see that they could have made some space. So at the end of the day we ended up waiting 1:30 minutes and we didn’t even eat there we ended up going to Yard House were we were sat as soon as we arrived on a big round table.
In my opinion, Julian exhibited poor customer service, poor management of the restaurant, and a negative attitude. While there have been no issues in the past, this was the first time I encountered him here.

First time at this location. This place is the Chuckee Cheese of Olive Gardens – loads of screaming kids.
They were out of breadsticks!! How do you run out of breadsticks when it is a regular item of the restaurant? Someone is not ordering properly.
The time to get the soup/salad took forever….the longest wait we’ve ever had.
By the time the bill came we were charged the dinner price not the lunch price.
Gotta watch things like that…

THE BEST TIME @ OLIVE GARDEN I EVER HAD! the food was TOP RATE yesterday on Mother’s Day! We didn’t even have to wait that long for a table. Everything was so fantastic! They gave me so much food I’ll be eating for 2 more days!

This is the best Olive Garden location I’ve ever been to. The place was beautiful and super clean. I went here during lunch time to get the Never-Ending Soup, Salad, & Breadsticks. I also got the Strawberry Cream Cake for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious. The best part of it all was the outstanding level of service I received from my waiter, Corey. Corey was very respectful, kind, lively, and just went above and beyond with providing me the best dining experience. I will definitely be coming back here!

Whenever I visit the USA, I always make a point of going to Olive Garden – it’s become something of a tradition.
This particular Olive Garden did not disappoint. I arrived on my own and was made to feel very welcome. I was seated straight away, which was much appreciated.
I absolutely love the breadsticks and salad – everything tasted really fresh and was served promptly. I ordered the “Tour of Italy”, which includes lasagne, carbonara, and chicken Alfredo. The portion was generous, and although I couldn’t quite finish it, the food tasted fantastic.
I’ll definitely be returning to Olive Garden soon, and I would certainly recommend this location.

Nice location and Good customer service. Sheyla was our server she made sure we were okay, offered refills of EVERYTHING! we were quickly seated we were a Party of 8 and she took care of Us. Food was YUMMY.

We hosted a gathering for more than 75 residents, and Olive Garden catered our meal. The food was wonderful, but we noticed one item was missing. I reached out, but with so much happening, I wasn’t able to follow up.
What happened next genuinely touched me: Javon arrived in person before the event even ended, carrying the missing item, a gift card, and a warm, sincere smile. It wasn’t just the fact that he fixed the mistake—it was the care, the thoughtfulness, and the effort he put into making things right. In the middle of a busy holiday week, he still made us a priority.
Because of him, the party flowed beautifully, and our residents enjoyed a truly special celebration. His gesture meant more than he probably realizes. The event was a success not only because of Olive Garden’s food, but because Javon went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of.

Olive Garden is a great restaurant to visit. The restaurant itself is very clean and tidy, no problems at all. The staff is very friendly/helpful, there are hard workers and is always there to make your visits great. 🙂 Loved the food, from the soup, garlic sticks, spaghetti, etc.
