I had an amazing experience with Consuelo and her staff they was very friendly and spot on with my order and my food was fresh. Now a days it’s hard to find great customer service especially at fast food chains. I had to go back and bring them my appreciation.

We to this location Saturday for lunch and the manager Consuelo was so helpful, she was training a new employee and stopped to assist me and my wife asking if we wanted to try a new item plantain cheese bits. KEEP Up the great work , Pollo you have a GEM!

I used to come to this Pollo all the time for lunch it was always clean but the service is what turned me away. However I stopped by the other day and I noticed big changes in customer service. Kudos to the manager, Consuela, for going above and beyond. I have my lunch spot back ❤️

Although Pollo Tropical is my favorite grilled chicken chain, their grilled chicken, black beans and white rice is delicious, when it is prepared properly, this Restaurant in particular lacks proper management, personnel training and appropriate cleaning. When I ordered the family value meal of one whole chicken, white rice and black beans, the cashier named Cedric charged me 13.99 instead of 12.99 as advertised on the menu board. When I realized his mistake and pointed it at him, he laughed down in my face and asked me if I seriously want my dollar back. Aside of that I noticed dirty and sticky handrails and the self serve area. One thing is for sure, I will not come back to this location.

I have gone to this pollo tropical a countless amount of times. My son who’s super picky with his food absolutely loves this chicken with the cilantro sauce which we can get an unlimited amount of. The customer service here is great as they’re always welcoming. My most recent experience was takeout, and you can see in the picture that the chicken was devoured by my son. Amazing service and delicious food!

The guy taking our order was nice, the girl at the window was the complete opposite. She must have been a mute seeing as she said nothing to us. She just put her hand out for payment, again no words. Got home and found plastic in my food…couldn’t find customer service information for this place. Doubt I will be back ever.

I am writing this review because I feel like communication and attention to detail can go a long way. Instead of calling to tell a manager I hope they will take this review into some serious consideration in training their staff to provide their customers a better experience.
A drink that spills in my car because the lid wasn’t put on right. A chicken Caesar wrap with basically a drop of Caesar. Kids meals missing the cookies they come with. Seems They didn’t plan on giving me the cookies and only because I asked. The girls response, “oh we only have 1 cookie…” I got the last cookie and an apple juice instead.
And to top it off the cilantro sauce spilt inside the little bag it was in because guess what, the top wasn’t put on correctly. I guess this is what I get for giving this location another chance. Never fails
