As always Chick fil a did not disappoint, the my pleasures were flowing, the service was outstanding and the food was amazing. But there were three major blunders that kept was from rating a perfect 5 star. The annoying paper straws, no chick fil a sauce offered, and the horrific loss of the little seating area that used to bring back memories of the past. But inspite of all these major inconveniences, the outstanding milkshakes and inspiring commitment of our favorite employee Bryce Heidorn truly made our experience better.

I am very disappointed with my experience today (3/5/26) at the Oaks Mall location. My food was so lukewarm it was almost cold! I don’t know how long my food was sitting around before they bagged it up but this was extremely unacceptable. Also, the lemonade was awful and they were not busy at all (around 4:20pm). I have never had a poor experience with Chik Fil A and when you spend almost $30 for food, you shouldn’t receive the quality I did. I will stick to the Archer Road location – lesson learned.

I ordered a cone, but received it in a cup upside down with no spoon nor napkins. She apologized & that was all. I also had to walk to her cart to get my cone when I saw her delivering someone else’s first. I thought my melting cone would be a priority, esp being right in front of her cart. Order #8244311.

Nothing bad to say about Chik Fil A. I had the spicy chicken deluxe with pepper jack cheese. Oh man, it was delish. Lots of people always. Went on a road trip and ordered another one. Way to go Chik Fil A.

The past 3-4 times going to this Chick Fil A and ordering curbside, the fries aren’t filled up all the way, the nuggets are super tiny, and the food is only semi warm. 2 of the 12 nuggets I ordered were very flat and extremely small (pictured above). This is the amount of fries that were given. I love chick fil a and am very sad this is the quality of the food at this location. One positive is the staff is usually very friendly but I would spend the extra time and drive over to Archer road if you aren’t shopping at the mall.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been shorted on my 30 count nuggets. You spend so much to feed your kids on 30 nuggets and they short you by 5?? That’s just lazy

Quality and quantity drops every time I stop by this CFA, ordered two large fries and both orders were less than half full of fries! photo speaks for it self, taken right after CFA delivered it into my car, this was during lunch rush hour, fries should not be soft!
