I usually love Jackson’s, however, today after the Bills playoff game I will never be back. I was not only verbally assaulted by Broncos fans in a Bills backers bar but hit in the face on my way out. I understand celebrating a win in your hometown but a backers bar should be a safe space to be a fan and frankly this was not. Absolutely abhorrent behavior by the Broncos fans by the front door and NOTHING done by the staff to allow a safe exit for losing fans. I’ll save my money for potlucks at home next season.

This is not a good bills bar to go to unless you go super early and get plenty of drinks ahead of time. For this playoff game, they had a total of 6 bar tenders across 3 bars. We waited in line for 40 minutes to get just a beer. Also there are a lot of other fans that try to instigate with you. I don’t recommend anyone comes here. Additionally the outdoor tv kept flickering on and off. The only good thing about this bar was the number of Bills fans. Overall it’s a trashy experience and you are better off going anywhere else

My wife and I went to my company christmas party. Haven’t had an awesome night out like that in a while. Place was great, atmospher was perfect. Background noise even with abt 125 people was very minimal. Food was AMAZING!!!!!! We will definitely be adding this place to our date night list.

We visited a few hours before the Super Bowl as a group of six and let our server (dyed red hair) know that a few more people would be joining us later. She confirmed that wouldn’t be an issue. We all started individual tabs, and service was solid at first.
However, once the rest of our party arrived before the game, the experience noticeably declined. It became difficult to get her attention, and she spent extended periods chatting with other tables and staff while our group was waiting for assistance. A couple of food orders were placed but never came out, and we were never given clarity on whether those items were removed from the bill.
When it came time to close out, she commented that splitting the checks for a large group was “going to be hard.” If managing separate tabs was an issue, that should have been communicated upfront so we could have adjusted accordingly. Instead, several tabs were calculated incorrectly. I was personally overcharged by $20 and was not provided a receipt to verify the charges.
Overall, what started as a good experience ended in frustration due to inattentive service and billing errors.

Let me just state this. I am 27 years old. I lost my wallet a couple weeks ago and went here for the Broncos game with some friends. They refused the valid ohio picture id I have that is valid till 2030. They made me leave in the middle of a snow storm when it feels like its 4 degrees outside. On top of that they offer a chicken tender basket and only give you 3 tenders and a handful of fries. The bbq sauce wasnt even good and the fries lacked any flavor. Lame establishment that doesnt understand that even a picture id is still an ID as long as it is valid. I was born June 13 1998. Plenty old enough to have a couple beers with the boyz on game day.

Good atmosphere for the game. Service wasn’t the worst but don’t even know the servers name. Food was horrible. Had to get fresh fries because the first ones were basically dropped twice. Second batch wasn’t any better. Maybe old oil? I realize its a bar, so just feed drunk people anything. Too bad we weren’t drunk. Asked for tequila, and instead of offering up, received bottom of barrel. An auto assumption was made there. If I return, it’ll strictly be for a game. Nothing less, nothing more.

The top floor of Jackson’s is the official Florida Gator bar on Football weekends. The staff treat us so well and the atmosphere is amazing. A little expensive, but I guess worth it if you are here for a game. I’m missing the potato skins that were a staple on the menu for a long time, but my husband said the hamburger was good.

Our wings tasted like they were precooked earlier in the day and then tossed back into the fryer for a warm up. Everyone at our table had the same opinion with their food. Beer prices suck, $8 for a coors, and their beer specials are even worse and definitely not advertised. Not a bad place to watch games but be prepared to give up a kidney.

Came to Jackson’s to watch an NFL playoff game, but regretted it. From the start, the experience was disappointing. Our server brought us water with a visibly negative attitude and seemed uninterested in helping us.
When we placed our drink orders, she kept mixing them up, and we had to repeatedly ask for missing items. At one point, I went to the bar myself to get drinks. I asked the bartender for a Diet Pepsi and a regular Pepsi since some in our group weren’t drinking. She handed me the cups and said, “Diet Pepsi is on the left.” When I asked, “Your left or my left?” she got visibly irritated and replied, “Why don’t you figure it out?”
When it came time to close out, I told the server I would pay for the drinks, and my friend would pay for his food. Without confirming, she pulled out her tablet, charged me for the drinks, and walked away, then didn’t return for about 20 minutes before finally checking on my friend to close out his tab.
Overall, the service was inattentive and unprofessional. Definitely not the experience we expected while trying to enjoy a playoff game.
