This place sucks, always check your order cause something is guaranteed to be wrong and or missing. When you pay for extra condiments they only give you what you paid for not what comes with it lol. Depending on what time you go you’ll get old food and your lucky if they heat it up again for you.

The custodian and manager thought it was funny to take a table number from a five year old. Ive reported the incident but they also left chemicals out in the play area while being highly unprofessional. We won’t ever be back and the amount of people I know, im ensuring yall lose all patrons. I promise that.

I found two long hairs in my Big Mac. I let the first one slip by thinking it might be mine but when I found the second, long one, I stopped eating. It was gross and nauseating. This may have ruined Big Macs for me. I don’t like posting bad negative reviews but this was gross.

Came in drive through. Waited patiently. Only for someone to pull up after me to be greeted and have their order taken. So i pulled around and told the young man with hazel eyes my experience. He said he was busy multitasking and someone else was responsible. Cool. I asked if he was going to taje my order hr said no. Closed the window and turned his back. I was not loud, rude or disrespectful to him. I just hope this isnt a part of the training he received.

The employees at this location are very rude!!!!! I had a young girl who treated us like trash at the drive thru because she made a mistake. I wasn’t rude at all but she was very rude and disrespectful. I spoke with the manager who seemed to listen and even upgraded my fry to a large but at the end of the day I don’t care about upgrading my food, I just want to be able to get my food without the major attitude these younger employees have at this location.

Very Bad experience ordered food had to wait about 25 minutes just for it to come out and then they messed up my order so I have to wait another 10 minutes for the rest of my order and when the order came out, I had raw beef so I turned around to get a new sandwich and I’ve been waiting for over 30 again

Food is always fresh here my only complaint is the drive thru and parking but not only that if you take a look at the black truck left there children in the car while they got food inside also picture of mother coming out after 12 min inside McDonald’s

I just don’t have a clue where to start the cashier is so on enthusiastic and not happy about her job she should have been fired on the first day the whole team overall is very immature they talk in La Ligag Around when they should be getting orders correctly and out fresh but instead they are doing otherwise and it is not good I would highly not recommend this unit pass it up go to the next nearest McDonald’s this one is a total mess up. Total ored was unfresh and wrong , look at this hot and spicy, i never ordered a plain and dry sandwich in my life.

Terrible service! The staff messed up my order twice. I wanted a double hamburger which should have no cheese. And twice they gave me a double cheeseburger. Had to wait almost 30 min to finally get it right. Most of the ladies are back there laughing and joking around while messing up people’s orders. There was another lady there that said they had messed up her order as well. I hate coming to this McDonald’s cause they seem to always mess up my order.
