Ifyou look at my posts, you’ll see that 95% off them are not ever 1 star. This used to be a very well managed location on 50th St but this is the 3rd time I’ve been here over the past year and am 3 times, the order has been inaccurate. This time, there was a french fry missing. And the other 3 orders were barely warm. There was also a cheeseburger ordered, with no cheese added. Along with waiting almost 15 mins, I kept hearing someone yelling from the food prep area “Take OutOrder!”, which i later learned was mine, that in one was passing over the counter. I miss the old Whataburger on 59th St.

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for our order. We live just 5 mins away. French fries were cold, stale, and rock hard. My son’s burger had NO PATTY. This should be unacceptable to give out to customers. Do better. This is trash. We will no longer eat at Whataburger ever again.

There was an associate that was very nice greeted me as soon as I walked in the door I’m very impressed with location his name is Andrew he’s a team leader so give him a Pat on the back acknowledge him So Maybe make him a manager’s instead of a team leaderI’ve been a third service director for several years and I know what it takes to be one and he has that I’m very impressed thank you very Whataburger and AndrewYou all made my morning

My friend order food for our friends and it was a 59 dollar order. He asked if everything was in the back. She had grab it and put it down three times. He is in his right to ask if it’s right. I don’t appreciate them being smart asses about it. It’s not hard to provide a decent customer service.

My parents were visiting from out of town when they had a blowout in front of this Whataburger. The manager (Steve or Steven, maybe? Parents can’t remember his exact name) was so kind to come out and not only help change their flat, but he also bought their lunch. It’s people like this and companies such as Whataburger who make a difference in our community and the lives of those in it.
Thank you for showing the world there are people that care! Keep up the amazing work.

Fast & friendly service. Best burger for the price. Every time I drive through Texas I have to stop at Whataburger. Try the spicy ketchup with your meal. Overall, it’s great bite to eat if you’re pinched for time. 10/10

We ordered an Apple & Cranberry Chicken Salad for the first time. When we got home this is what I found… As you can see my salad doesn’t come close to what they said it will be. To make matters worse, it didn’t even have chicken. All for $8.59!
I deserve a refund, but I doubt I’ll get it.

I came, I tasted and I wasn’t impressed. The cheeseburger was room temperature, not hot and delicious like I expected. The cheese was cold and there were chunky pieces of onion on a room temperature patty. The fries tasted like they were cooked hours ago and left sitting. The restaurant was spic-n-span and fully stocked. It was completely empty at 7 pm. That might be due to no outside lighting and the restaurant looked like it was closed. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY
