Worst service ever. They mess up on your order constantly and refuse to make it right. The asst manager GABBY offered to replace the 2 LR curly fries I was originally told I would get the next time i visited the restaurant for 2 small. I kept my receipt for that reason and even after I showed her the receipt she said well the person you spoke with only wrote down 2 small repayment fries. I told her but I paid for 2 large fries and she refused to honor it. She said I can give you the two small curly fries and a $1 off coupon for a milk shake. I told her I didn’t want the coupon for the milkshake. I just wanted the two fries large that they were supposed to replace and she refused. Then when I asked her for the number to Corporate. She said now I’m really only gonna give you the two small fries since you’re gonna call Corporate anyways. I called Corporate multiple times. Left messages with no surprise. No one ever returned my phone calls. They are just as bad as they’re employees. I will never come to this Jack in the box again.

The only thing that this place is consistent at doing is getting your order wrong every time. Usually isn’t this bad but I ordered some for me and my gf and they gave me the wrong sauce my large curly fry was literally EMPTY? And I got the wrong breakfast sandwich as well(got sausage and ordered bacon)

By far the best, most friendly Jack in the box I’ve been to. Shout out to Gaby and Jonathan on how friendly and polite they were with customers and other people working in the kitchen. And yes the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with curly fries. Awesome

Food quality was outstanding. They offer very early morning drive through breakfast. It is very convenient for early up workers, they can eat something before go to work. Staff members are very helpful. Store always keep clean. Only recommendation from my recent visit, is to give your best smile of the day and make yourself proud whatever position you hold. Got the double fish burger, which was strangley satisfying. Just your standard JIB. Only reason it didn’t get 5 is because in the bathroom it was as if they had a direct line to the sewer. It smelled so bad. At least it was contained to the bathroom

The best items for me is the chicken sandwich (well done) hold the Mayo and lettuce (please and thank you).
The tacos are always a hit and have tasted the same ever since I could remember, I also like the curly fries.
I don’t eat it often but if I stroll on by then that is likely what I’ll get, oh or you can go a bit up on price and try out the Jack’s spicy chicken.

I love the Pannido sandwich but they will be discontinuing it and I’m sad. The manager here is always very kind and nice but we stopped going here because there was an older grumpy female employee that was always just too rude to deal with. Luckily on the day we were there they had nice, helpful and pleasant young workers. Hopefully she isn’t working there anymore. Their tacos, sourdough burgers, curly fries are always good.

BE AWARE!!! AND ALWAYS CHECK THE CHANGE THEY GIVE YOU AND YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING!!!! THEY PASS FAKE MONEY AND CUT THEIR CHICKEN STRIPS GIVING YOU LITTLE PORTIONS WITH EXPENSIVE PRICES . I went to this location 1 night in the drive thru, ordered my food and gave them a REAL $50 BILL. The guy gave me my change 2 $20 bills and a few 1’s. Next day I used that same money at a store and was told the 1 of the 20’s were FAKE! I told them it couldn’t be because I got this money from jack in the box. Long story short, looking at the $20 bill it looked real but was DEFINITELY FAKE . I CALLED CORPORATE AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED AND NOOO ONE EVER REACHED OUT TO ME TO REFUND ME MY MONEY. SO IM ADVISING THAT YOU WATCH THESE SHADY EMPLOYEES AND BE CAREFUL WHEN U USE YOUR CARD ALSO BECAUSETHEY PROBABLY HAVE CARD SKIMMERS. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY NO ONE EVER REACHED OUT TO ME!! Since when does Jack on the Box add Thin sliced deli meat to their meat lovers breakfast burritos?
And that was only one problem. The bacon was burnt, the sausage dried out the eggs runny and the cheese stuck so bad to the dried out and cracking tortilla it made me gag.
I hate that I had such a bad experience. I used to enjoy Jack on the Box. But I will definitely never be going back to this one. And not to any for a really long time
