I’ve been to this dunkin several times but today my mother put in an online Uber delivery order in to be sent to me. They claimed they were entirely out of donuts and they delivery driver said they case was completely empty. They didnt contact support on our behalf to cancel the order they still let him pick it up and made us cancel the order. Completely ridiculous that a donut store was out of donuts. It would be more understandable if the store were closer to closing but the location didnt close for another 4 hours

Dunkin’ Donuts had became a daily thing for me. They have the best avocado toast. It’s the perfect breakfast. They have new energy drinks only one which is zero sugar. The girl on the speaker didn’t know which one was zero sugar when I asked so she just listed off all the non zero sugar ones they had and said it should be zero sugar. I get to the window and I told her that one wasn’t zero sugar I checked the app and told her the one I needed. I said I would pay for both but I only wanted the zero sugar one. She informed me that I didn’t have to pay for both and to pull up to the second window so I did and the lady who brought me my drink was so rude even slammed the window in my face while I was trying to say have a good day. I will not be going back.

I used to love this place. Recently moved back to the area and I’ve went three times in the last month. I am a barista and I just wanted to let you know that something is off with your shots. The espresso in your lattes taste burnt everytime. I’m probably giving up at this point

I love my Dunkin coffee now. And their actual food that they make is pretty good. Now they’re donuts that’s everybody’s different opinion. This is just mine. I do not care for them. It’s almost like they’re stale. I like a good soft doughnut like Krispy Kreme. I’m not too fond of there either too sweet for me. But like I said to each his own. The employees are always nice and they do keep the store clean. So that’s the positive. Adding this picture to show you what I purchased and it’s really good.

At drive-thru asked if they sell specific donut, they said yes and added one. OK, ordered six of those and six of eclairs.
Once paid no receipt given.
Box delivered but no receipt. While waiting, checked box, order wrong-only 3 of first flavor and 9 of second. They took box, waited several minutes, handed back and order was still wrong.
While waiting to get order and receipt, an employee said we need to move the car. The receipt states 13 donuts but only 12 in box.
After 15 min in line while they allowed other orders to purchase and leave, I still got shafted. This place is horrible! and prefers coffee sales to donuts

This is the best dunkin’ I’ve been to! I’ve never had any issues, the workers are friendly each time and the drinks/food always taste as they should.

This Duncan takes extra care when preparing your delivery. My drink was fully packaged and sealed. It gave me a piece of mind when ordering from them. The blueberry breeze was on point and right on time before my work meeting. Great job!

So like another poster said, i ordered an Large hot cappuccino with an added shot of espresso. The drink was barely over half full, the top was all foam. The only reason its a 2 star and not 1 was the young lady who rang me up was very nice and pleasant to deal with. The guy whom made the drink is im assuming one of the franchise owners.

First time I thought it was maybe just a bad batch of coffee but second time. Nah. Manager needs to either hire new workers who can be kind and brew better coffee or at least sit them down and teach them customer service. There’s way too many 1 stars for this location being as new as it is.
