I ordered a double cheese and a medium fry. 2 weeks ago at a different McDonald’s, this was under $6.00. Today i was charged $8.15. When i questioned the price the girl got an attitude and said “that’s the price” without even listening to what I had to say. Once I got my food, this picture is what they gave me.
I was at the drive up and already left when I saw it. Apparently questioning the prices here is met with consequences.

Sat in a curbside pickup spot for 20 minutes, had to go inside to see what the story is. Complete waste of my time to order ahead if the level of service is so bad that it would be faster to wait in drive through. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.

This location never disappoints me. The customer service is always professional and pleasant. My family and I come here quite regularly that the employees and even management great us by name. The inside of the establishment is always clean or being cleaned. The food is always done right I haven’t had any issues with any of my orders whether it was drive thru, mobile app or inside.

The general manger Anthony is very lazy. He watches his crew struggle on the floor and pretends to be busy by breaking cardboard boxes down while his drive thru and front counter is in the danger zone. Anthony also has a very hostile and aggressive attitude making this establishment very uncomfortable to return to. As the general manager I had an unbelievable experience on his 7-3pm shift once again .
he leaves his shift manager to deal with the “intense” moments.
I have had several issues with this specific store and the management all around is POOR. The customer service skills need major improvement
Another failed order with zero improvement or explanations they actually tried to call me a “liar” stating they were positive that my order was correct.

I usually prefer to come to this location versus the one closer to my house but after the experience I had with staff today, I won’t be making the longer drive. In summary, the app would not allow me to enter a parking spot number so it directed me to the drive thru. I went to the drive thru and told the employee the number it stated for me to tell them. The employee said there was nothing coming up for that number and told me to come inside. I walk in, tell a different girl the issue. She asks for me to show her my full order in the app. Once I do she turns around and I see that my order is sitting off to the side on a table, the receipt pasted on one of the boxes and clearly marked with tbe number. She doesn’t say anything but just sets it down in front of me.

I had ordered two of the Grinch meals and 2 happy meals so I could not take it all out in one trip. I told her I would be right back in for the drinks. I get to my car and open my orders to make sure they were correct and I notice that the fries are all soggy and cold. The burgers are cold. The nuggets are also cold.

I come back in to get the drinks and inform her that everything is cold. I was running late so I told her I would be fine with just 2 of the medium fries made fresh. She told me I would have to bring the fries back inside.

I go out, bring all the orders back at that point, and ask for it all to be made fresh again. She rolled her eyes and took the food back. As I waited, the manager was working the fry station and finishing packing orders. Once my order was done, she brought the tray out. She set it down, avoided eye contact with me and walked away. I checked the order right there and the fries were hot but nothing else was fresh. She said nothing. They just decided to keep the food cold.

I was beyond late at this point and just decided Ill make a review and also write my experience on the survey. So that was a great way to spent $40 to feed your family…thanks for that.

We literally sat for 15 minutes at the drive-thru ordering stand before anyone took our order. After 10 minutes I shut my car off. Finally after another 5 minutes they took our order. I angrily asked for a double quarter pounder with cheese. The lady taking the orders explained there was a big mix up with Door Dash. After all that they screwed up my order. When we got home we found a regular quarter pounder. This has happened the last two times I’ve been at the this McDonald’s location. I asked for a double quarter pounder and received a single quarter pounder. Never again will I go there for anything else than an ice cream cone. They can’t screw that up.

First the people working in there are very slow second , when one of the worker brought the drink in the table and she was walking toward me she looked like she was in lala land and of course the drink didn’t make to the table but she dropped on me
My burger fell on the floor and my partner burger got wet , I was expecting at list the minimum they can do the refund but the manager that was there said I can get u a refund of the big man and coke that felt down the other burger not because u ate half lol
(Another smart guy ) that didn’t make sense and that don’t care about their customers , and I replied to him that
Of course I ate half before they drop the soda on me but then we couldn’t finish because it got wet (common sense). Anyway at the end I didnt get any refund ,didn’t need he’s donation of only the Big Mac refund so just left the place all dirty of course .

If i could give this mcdonalds 0 stars I would. Everytime i go to this one, they get my order wrong. I called to complain again this morning anf the woman was extremely rude. She cut me off and then hung up on me. Apparently you cant ever talk to Anthony the manager.. These people just dont care.

I stopped in to get my morning coffee in the drive through. Waited for someone to say hello for about 20-30 seconds. When someone came on he said what can I get you. I was taken back and there was no greeting etc. I got to the window to pay and the employee notice I my unplesent demeanor. He then asked if I was ok and I told him how I felt about his service to me. He immediately apologies and said that they have been having issues with that lane intercom all morning. He said he say hello many time and I didn’t respond. He went out of his way to explain and apologies for me feeling the way I did because of the issues they were experiencing. I truely appreciated Alex for taking the time to acknowledge my emotions and explain what was going on. Great great great service. Left a happy customer.

This McDonald’s location is my favorite unlike the others. I have one much closer to my house, but I drive a little further to this location. The food is always fresh hot and I never have had a mess up. But today I decide to write a review because of the young lady in drive-through taking my order her name is Tia(yes, I asked for her name), Let me just say her Customer Service for welcome, friendly voice fun spirit was awesome. I just had to write a review. She will make this location, even more enjoyable to come to!”
