I got the best EMPLOYEE. He treated me so well! I got a big mac meal, medium fries, and a drink. As well as 7 $5 meal deals. ALL of my food was so fresh! the drinks were crisp! I even asked for the young lads name, so i can put him in my review. He told me it was William. William is such a nice young gentleman. He talks so nicely to the customers and works his butt off! I even complimented him on his nose ring, so chic! The new generation knows how to treat their customers!

The entire point of going through a drive-thru is to not have to get out of your car. Went through the drive-thru today and was told to pull forward because they were waiting on fries. 15 minutes later after numerous cars have passed by me (I am sure every one of those cars had fries), I had to go inside to retrieve my order. Of course the cashier had not given me a receipt but I could show proof that I paid on my phone. Whoever the woman was that went to get my food had an attitude of she could have cared less. Sorry you have to work at McDonald’s on a Sunday but you could at least show some customer service.
And yes I could’ve gone to the store, bought food to cook but I’m sick and just wanted fast and easy food and NOT have to get out of the car but thanks to the incompetence of the employees, I ended up having to get out of my car anyway. And to be freshly cooked fries, they sure were cold.

I got a number one extra pickles , cheese and onions . First one no lettuce second no cheese third one slice of cheese . The manager was super busy and definitely needed help . She was nice and told her cooks three times but still yet the order wasn’t right . When I checked it before leaving and saw only one slice of cheese I was like lesson learned no more McDonald’s for a while . Usually I love this location and Mrs Joan for my late night mc flurries . Food wise needs improvement. The manager tonight wasn’t her but still was doing her best . When I first came in wasn’t that busy as I came back they were may need more shift managers bc this manager definitely needs a pay raise

took forever like probably more than 20+ minutes. we ordered two medium cokes with our meal apparently they are out of medium cups so gave us smalls and also my nuggets seem like they have been sitting for a long while waste of money with out drinks and food atleast the burgers were okay also drinks were way watered down

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s. We order breakfast. The burritos was so hard it was impossible to put any sauce on them without them falling apart. The hasbrowns was cold, and we only live 10 minutes away. And the pies, they were so hard, we decided to look at the date, BEST BY 12AM, February 7. They served us pies that was suppose to be in the TRASH already. We tried calling twice from 2 DIFFERENT numbers. No one answered the phone at all. I am not one to complain, but the pies will make someone sick eating them.

I visit this location on a regular. Late night hours are the best hours my food is always on point and on time. Today I went at 1:30pm . Drive thru was having trouble with the outside speaker or something several cars went before me so I pulled around to window . I was not acknowledged. I went inside to order I was #2 in line and I waited for 30 mins for my food as the prepare and make food only for the drive thru. They are only focused on drive thru they don’t acknowledge or help you at the front desk. I asked the running lil fella could I get my food. I order a large fry and he handed me a medium in a large box. I gave it back and ask him to fill up my box. I order sweet tea with light ice and got an Arnold Palmer with heavy ice With that being said I was very unhappy with my visit today. They need a front person and a back person.

I had a mobile order. When I was given my food, more than half of my order was missing. The nasty lady at the drive through, who was already rude, refused to open the window and help me. I called and was refused help and hung up on. The items I did receive were made completely wrong and very inedible. Disgusting place with disgusting people working there. Would give zero stars if I could. Avoid thos place like the plague.

This is by far the worst location that I have ever been to. It’s bad enough that we have to pay the current prices for fast food. However, there is nothing fast about this location. I have always had issues at this location. They make people pull up and park to reflect good wait times. Which is a manipulation of the system.. I have waited long periods of time. Been shorted on orders. I have even ordered online in hopes that my order would be ready when I got there. That was the biggest joke. I had to show the employees my order on my phone. I don’t know who is managing this location. But I highly recommend going somewhere different until they can get things lined out..

Ordered a spicy crispy chicken with 3 strips of bacon, only got 2. Ordered ranch with my nuggets and didn’t get it. Asked for no pickles on my sandwich and they ring me up for extra pickles!! Can they do anything right?

The food is fine at this location. The people that work here are rude. I’ve never been somewhere multiple times where you tell someone thank you and they say ummm hummm it’s so rude. Maybe you shouldn’t work in customer service talking to customers if you can’t say real words like thank you or you’re welcome
