Arrived to Jackson for a work trip and tried to grab a late dinner. Drove up to the drive through and was ignored by staff. Drove to the window and could see the staff hiding and one sleeping on the booth in the lobby. You are paying them to sleep on the clock. See pictures attached.

That was the worst experience at McDonald’s I think I’ve had. The cashier kept rushing us and needs to calm down. The smoothie was given to us half full and unmixed. There is white stuff at the bottom and I chose to not drink it. No one was professional.
