This store is terrible; the staff doesn’t bother to answer customer calls to take food orders, and you have to keep calling repeatedly without anyone responding. The delivery person was also very rough and impolite.

My grandson just waited for an app order that said it was ready for 37! Minutes there was no one in the drive through and one other person o side. The young people working there said there were no fries but in the end ended up giving him fries once I sent my aide to get him because I’m in a wheelchair all of this happens to us a lot so I’m making a bad review I’m tired of it they never answer to talk to you and never fix anything one time they said they had no beef patties what hamburger place runs out of beef patties. I’ve swung by this location twice a week for the past few months around 12:30 AM , always have the nicest people and the hottest freshest Mickey Ds I’ve had. It’s always so fresh , wayyyyyy better than Wichita, derby or any surrounding areas. Only the crew that works late night, I’m serious. The breakfast, I ALWAYS Have to turn my vehicle around and get a new bagel because they serve bagels you could throw at a window and break the window… then the morning crew gets mad because you came back and ask for a fresh bagel. Kuddos to the over night crew at the Haysville location, they really do care and serve the hottest freshest meals in the state of Kansas.

Food was alright but place was horribly mismanaged, two girls in the front of the kitchen were constantly arguing over doing something for the drive through. Food took over 20 minutes to get. Girl working front argued with guy over what is drive through issue was (no fries and took them like another 10 minutes just to get him his fries). Really need better staff or more employees or someone actually managing.
Edit: 10 minutes of sitting here and there has been several more people come up with I see issues from the driver and an employee walked out lol. Its actually funny how bad it is.

I ordered a caramel frappe with extra extra caramel. This is the third time in the last 2 weeks that I’ve paid for extra extra caramel. So i called about it and was greeted very rudely . Said the last frappe with extra caramel was at 7:40 am so there was nothing they could do about it. So it may be a longer drive but I’ll go to 47th from now on.

Edit – McDonalds contacted me and wanted to make it right. I appreciated the offer and them taking time to hear and correct it.
Tried to call to let Manager know to check the English muffins because ours were so hard I could hear my husband trying to bite through it but unfortunately the call kept hanging up. So I am hoping someone with McDonald’s see this and checks the English muffins

Absolutely no one should come here. It’s just young teenagers they have no respect for anyone, and the service is beyond slow. I ordered two cheeseburgers and I waited in the drive thru for over 40 minutes. Every single one of them is on their phone and there’s hardly anybody working. It should not take this long from the point of ordering to getting food. Seriously, avoid it if all possible.

I was waiting in line to order my food the kiosk was down. Was another gentleman standing up at counter when I entered already. Waited about ten mins before being acknowledged. Black girl with a little fro came walking around the counter ignored me. Gentleman who was standing there waiting also asked for silverware for his food and the young lady with fro walked past him without even responding to him. Im sure his food was cold by the time of sitting back down. So I go get my drink and some napkins but they was all out of napkins hadn’t been stocked. I sit down to wait for my order and five mins later looks like a homeless guy standing Infront of a bag of food. I was guessing it was his since no one ever said anything. It was actually mine he walked off so I checked receipt on the bag. Take it home to my daughter around the corner and she says it’s cold.
