It’s easy to enjoy coming to this place, the staff is friendly and the food is fast and very tasty. free chips and salsa. happy hour is nice! doesn’t seem like they have a lot of staff turnover so they must treat the staff nice!

Last visit we had a really long wait for food, but it didn’t seem busy at all. We have been there prior , and it was a normal wait time. The food was okay every time,but nothing I would seek out, my friends enjoy the place, so I keep trying.

First time there and will be back. Good portions and delicious. Service was great. The 5 layer scoop starter was the bomb. My wife and had chimimchangas and my daughter had the taquitos. We were all full and satisfied.

The queso was good and so was the wet burrito. However, the fried items were very tough and chewy. I think their fryer wasn’t set hot enough. Very disappointing because it was our first visit.

Just ordered the Acapulco Burrito tonight. The rice was rock hard, the steak was overcooked, tough, burned black and solid. I can’t even comprehend how this food was allowed to leave the kitchen. Whoever made this burrito should find another line of work. 95% of the food went into the trash. 100% my last time going to Acapulco.

Burnt burrito. It came out practically deconstructed, the filling spilling out onto the table and plate upon its placement on the table. Service people were nice, but the food was still questionable and left us wanting more, a bit lackluster.

This was THE most awful experience. My friend ordered us some food to go. Her chicken fajitas with no onions came with ONLY onions. There was some random folded thing in with our food that no one ordered and my “enchiladas” were unrecognizable. She was told that they don’t come rolled but that is the very definition of an enchilada-rolled and filled tortillas. That’s like calling scrambled eggs an omelet. The presentation of everything was horrible. Even food that is ordered to go should look appetizing. The customer service was bad when my friend went to pick up the food at first AND when she went back for the corrected order. Staff barely spoke to her, made no eye contact and said “That’s your order” and pointed. The food is way overpriced for it to be this much of a headache and it’s so far from authentic that Taco bell would be ashamed. Even my replacement food (a burrito) left much to be desired. They will never see my money again. Not exactly sure what everyone else is raving about but I am so good with never having it again.
