Amazing customer service as a first timer! Met the manager Patrick and he and his team was very accommodating to our first time, as we took our time looking at everything and taking our time deciding what we wanted. Everything was clean and tidy and ready. Also did I say super delicious! He and his team explained everything and was super sweet. Also it was my birthday and they were super kind and generous with me and my family! Thank you Patrick and the whole team!

The build your own Piada is like Italian chipotle but better and with more choices and a much friendlier staff and food items that are actually in the line and available for your order. Miss the Chanhassen location so it’s great that there is still one of these in the area. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food.

This Piada location has been consistently excellent. The food is fresh, flavorful, and high quality, and the customer service is truly top tier. First off, the food here is insanely expensive for what you’re getting. The cheapest piada and two drinks cost us $25, something that should easily cost simply $18. The line was also incredibly long, taking nearly 15-20 minutes just to order. The food wasn’t bad, but certainly nothing to call home about.

This was our first time at this Eagan location, and we had a REMARKABLE experience!
We were greeted immediately when we entered. The staff were so kind and friendly with my modifications on my Lemon Kale Salad with Crispy Chicken Fritte (perfect for people who like a good crunch and flavor). They executed our food perfectly. My partner got a Marinara Pasta with Rigatoni Noodles with grilled chicken. He loved it! Also, Piada has rewards so we were able to get a pepperoni stick for free! They also carried the hibiscus blackberry lemonade—which was super tasty too. So popular it ran out and the employee darted out with a refill immediately (even during a rush!) The store was so clean and bright.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and we will continue to drive to this location even though it’s 40 minutes away! I want to thank the Eagan Piada team for their exceptional service!
