This wendys location needs corporate attetion asap!!! Dark old chiken paty for the 3rd time tells me this location is not replacing the frying oil, This is supposed to look clear light golden brown. You can literally taste the old oil in every bite. Let alone the times that the staff messed up the order and asks you to pull over while waiting on fresh fries and forget that your there.

I placed an order online for pickup myself and when I arrived I was informed that they already gave my food away to someone else. They offered to remake the order but they were very busy and the drive through was wrapped around the building so I would be waiting a while. I placed the order ahead so I would not have to wait as I had little more time. I left and filed a complaint on their website and received an email that the franchise owner would be contacting me but so far I have no heard anything and it’s been 3 days now. They don’t care, they take your money and just hand your order to anyone. So if you’re hungry and just want to eat for free walk in here and tell them you have an online order, they won’t check your order number or name they’ll just hand you someone else’s food to get you out of their hair.

Went here to get my kids a quick bite to eat after school. It’s been awhile we have been to a Wendys and it’s the 1st time we went to a newer style building. It was nice inside and relatively clean.

We ordered our meals on the self service kiosks which was not that hard. When we went it wasn’t that busy at all…but it just felt it took a little longer to prep our food but ultimately it wasn’t that bad.

Food was prepped well and tasted great.

Worst one I have been to yet. Lady tried to keep my credit card and no sorry or even a offer for me to deny. Someone makes a mistake and is apologetic ok I can work with you, but you attempted to keep my card, no apologies, hide behind a language barrier yet I speak Spanish too, and then look at me like I am the fool that couldn’t do their job correctly.

Worst Wendy’s hands down and it is mainly due to the staff.

We order three biggie bags. Two were double stack and the other one was a junior cheeseburger all three of them were medium sized. When we get to the window. Mr Brian decides to say that they don’t have biggie bags of Junior cheeseburgers which it does exist they do have it they sell it I take my order go around and take a picture fiorm the menu.He is very rude

This location had very good food. Everything was nice and hot but the service was poor. As you can see in the video, the manager in front of the employee is just chilling there on her phone just singing and dancing not doing anything. You can tell the employee behind her is annoyed as she needs her help taking care of the customers coming in. There’s people in the drive through and in the front. Customers coming out of the drive through upset because they got their order wrong. Meanwhile the employees are focused on having a good time at work not doing their job. Super unprofessional to look at the customers and just walk away and chill and be on your phone literally right in front without a care in the world. I don’t think she has the capacity to be a manager.

I’d give no stars if I could. Waited at midnight for 46 minutes to be served a cold partially incorrect order. It seems the delay was related to employees power washing and cleaning the restaurant 90 minutes prior to close vs preparing orders. I’m going to speak with management on the incorrect order. By the way, when I see a baconator on TV it looks nothing like what I ordered (mayo only).
