Usually no issue with this location. This morning they did not put the lid all the way on my coffee. It came off as the window employee handed it to me. I tried to keep hold of it but the coffee spilled out and burned the top of my hand a decent amount. The window employee, who is ALWAYS cheerful, fast, and nice, immediately apologized, gave me napkins, and told the other employees that whoever made the coffee had messed up. I was ready to live and let live. Then I got to work and opened my bag to no hashbrown and no ingredients on my sandwich. Maybe just a bad day but it was frustrating enough to make me want to leave this.

I hadn’t had any major problems with this location, just missing sauces which is an understandable mistake, until today. I ordered a 4 piece Happy Meal for my kid. When I opened the nugget box, there were no nuggets just mayonnaise. This made absolutely no sense and I can’t think of reason that this would be done as an accident. The rest of order was correct. I tried multiple times to call the store but each time got a busy signal.

Food came out super fast, delivered to my table, wifi is nice and fast, plenty of sitting and outlets available. They can’t choose the clientele, but even then it’s not as bad as many others. Inside was clean and well kept.

This location Always messes up our order. Today I ordered a #9 pickle only with a caramel frappe. Two hot fudge sundaes..He hands me a bag with 1 cheeseburger and 2 hot fudge. I said is that it because I ordered… the girl working in the back loudly said she didn’t pay for that, that’s not even what she ordered. So rude. We will never go back there!!!

The woman working was horrible. She was telling everyone, drive-thru included, that she was the only one working and wouldn’t be able to serve them if she didn’t get to them before 11 which was a lie. As we stood there waiting for our food we could clearly see that she had 2 other employees with her. We ordered our food to dine in and we promptly got kicked out 5 minutes after sitting down. We just came into town after a 13 hour trip and just wanted to eat and be out of our vehicle for a little bit before we went to our hotel. Safe to say we will not be back for the duration of our visit!!

This location either needs to get some competent employees or shut it down. Went in this morning and ordered a sausage biscuit meal with a drink, and was told to pull ahead. I get to the first window and was told my total was $21.97! I immediately questioned that, and the gal said she switched orders. Okay, it happens. But THEN she proceeds to tell me my total was $5.27, which was $1.24 more than 24 hours prior! This gal didn’t speak very good English to begin with, and did absolutely nothing to explain WHY the price jumped basically 25% in 25 hours. I told her to cancel it and left. This location ALWAYS has issues in one form or another, and has different people working there every time you go in. Get your ducks in a row or close this location. I won’t be patronizing this location anymore.

They definitely do NOT do a very good job of it!
Ordered 2 Mcribs… neither one had bbq sauce on it, how hard is it to train people on how to make a sandwich??
The bbq sauce makes the sandwich…
The picture on the menu even shows a picture of how it’s spose to be made.
This is not the first time this has happened, seems like every year they do it wrong

My wife and I went here on our way to work. We stopped by to get something to eat to take to work. I thought that the orange felt a little empty, but it wasn’t until we got there that I noticed how empty they were. Here is a picture of the small orange juice that was given to us through the drive thru. We visited this location the morning of 1/20/23. This is what happens when you get employees who don’t like their job. What is the point of advertising a sausage and egg biscuit sandwich if y’all still decide to put cheese on it? It is obvious that there is a lot of retraining that needs to happen at this location. Today is the morning of 2/13/23. The next time I am going to ruin their speed of service time and double check my order before I drive off. And take my sweet time doing it. Today is 5/6/23, and it is very evident that there is some serious retraining needed at this location. I was handed my order of fries and then it was requested that I pull forward to wait for 2 hamburger patties. I ate a fry before I pulled forward, and then realized that they were cold. So I told the young lady that they were cold. She had the audacity to tell me that if I had wanted my fries to be hot, I needed to request them to be that way. McDonald’s, as a company, has always had a good reputation of serving their food hot and fresh in a timely manner. I have come to notice that this location is more concerned with their speed of service time than they are with the quality of food they serve to their customers. The management, starting with the general manager, needs to be retrained before they start with the retraining of the crew. After all this and waiting, I did receive fresh fries, but still received cold hamburger patties. That’s the sad part after all that and finally pulling forward to wait for fresh fries. At this location, you will receive terrible customer service and cold food. Today is 8/8/23, again with the wrong order. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese Mcmuffun, but I get a sausage Mcgriddle sandwich. The sad part is that I was asked at the drive thru window if I had ordered this sandwich. I said no, that I had ordered a sausage, egg and cheese Mcmuffun. As you can see, I received a sausage Mcgriddle. Plus you can’t get orange juice because they are remodeling the inside. As you can see, this happens often here. Plus when I tried to call them, their phone is disconnected. Today is 2/16/24, and we have been dining in instead of going through the drive thru. Our experience has been so much better the last few times we have been here. From the service to the quality of the food. I would recommend dining in, it such a much more better experience. Today is 4/2/25 and I just left McDonald’s hoping to get some ice cream, plus I got my wife some lunch. Not surprisingly the ice cream machine was down. It seems to be down alot. I personally believe that they just say that it is down when they don’t feel like serving ice cream for that particular day. Maybe this is something that area supervisor should look into. Maybe even the franchise owner, if it is franchised.

I asked for a straw in the drive through tonight because there wasn’t one in the bag.

The lady ran off for a minute before coming back to throw a large wad of straws in my truck.

Sadly it’s not the first time I’ve had terrible service at this location .

Wrong order. Wouldn’t correct. I asked for 3 sausage biscuits and got 2. They argued with me. Ruined my morning.

Update: wrong order again. My wife wanted to get a vegetarian meal, so she ordered sandwiches with no sausage. They came with a big “no sausage” sticker on the package, and they had sausage. They were $12, and they offered a $2.68, refund. Absolute incompetence.
