Terrible breakfast order!! It was delivered by doordash and the driver forgot my drinks!! The food was dry and nasty!! How you sell “honey butter” items and put NO honey butter!?!? That happens every time too….. barely any honey butter and no taste AT ALL!!! Shameful

Ordered 2 adult combos, received two sandwiches. No fries. Everything was ICE COLD.
This is the consistent level of quality we receive at this Wendy’s. We usually order from the one on Cortez, but they dont do kids meals. Was hoping this one had improved, but guess not. Literally the WORST Wendy’s hands down. Not to mention slow, half the time no one wants to pick up our order from this location because the line wraps around the building, and the employees act like you’re putting them out.
The food and staff are not worth the prices they charge.

I ordered and when pulling up to the drive thru I was trying to pay with my phone and I was told that they don’t accept NFC Payments which I Was Suprised To Find That Out And It 2023, They’re Way Behind. There Parking Lot Is Very Unpleasant As There Are Potholes, Uneven Areas, And Trash Throughout The Lot. There Also Is No Lighting At Night Which Is Super Unsafe. Both Recent Visits The Inside Was Closed At An Unreasonable Time Being Too Early ( Between 6:30-7:45 ) The drive thru service was fast and prompt and professional. He got Customers paid out and there food in a quick pace.

Three times now we have gone to this Wendy’s and every single time we order a Dave’s Triple they give us a Dave’s single. This has happened FOUR times now. We had to go back 15 minutes just to get the right order. This is the only Wendy’s that I have these problems with. It’s ridiculous.

Placed a DoorDash order and ordered the Apple Pecan Salad, Pomegranate Vinaigrette Dressing, and Roasted Pecans. The only thing I wanted removed from the salad was the Bleu Cheese Crumbles. I get my salad, there’s only apples, lettuce and chicken, no pecans and then they send the wrong dressing. I call customer support, not that it was DoorDash that messed up the salad but they ordered a new to be sent out. I called the store directly, TWICE, actually, to make sure the new salad sent out was made correctly, and of course, NO ANSWER, even though you’re clearly open and messing up peoples orders, and your Google page says you close at 2AM. Not only did they NOT resend a salad, as ordered, they sent a completely different meal item. A drink and nuggets, which I NEVER ordered in the first place. I was supposed to be getting a remade salad and the correct dressing, but it seems incompetent people are working at Wendy’s so they won’t ever see a dime from me again. Absolutely ridiculous!

They get no stars after they left the baked potato container with chilli and cheese open and dumped it all over my car. There was so much chilli and cheese all over the bag that it ripped open and was everywhere.

Well praise the Lord and pass the spicy nuggets — this Wendy’s is still standing while all the others are dropping like flies in July! I don’t know what kind of sweet tea magic they’re working here, but I hope they keep doing it ‘til the rapture.
Every other Wendy’s around is closing faster than a church on Super Bowl Sunday, but not this one! No sir. This location is the last bastion of Baconators, the final frontier of fresh, never frozen, and let me tell you — they’re holding it down like Aunt Myrtle’s wig in a windstorm.
The service? Friendlier than your meemaw after two glasses of boxed wine. The food? Hot, juicy, and comforting like a warm hug from someone who smells like vanilla body spray and good choices. The atmosphere? I’d host my family reunion here if they’d let me.
God bless this Wendy’s. May it stand tall and proud like a lawn flamingo in a hurricane. If this one ever closes, I’ll chain myself to the drive-thru speaker. Y’all have been warned.
