Good food at a great price. That is why I keep coming back. With a box meal, I can’t make it that cheap at home. Service was good and the store was clean. Areas were well stocked. They did run out of some drinks on this day.

This was actually the worst fast food experience I have ever had. I was sitting in a lobby for a mobile order for over an hour and a half. I have never seen a staff more unprepared. They didn’t even tell me they couldn’t make one of my tacos until an hour after I got there. When asked about a replacement item they almost messed it up by putting the chipotle sauce on it. While all of this is going on, workers are being forced to come in. Some wearing pajamas and informal work attire. And the manager was making sure the whole lobby knew how difficult working there was. After all of this, I had gotten my food and then saw my no sour cream on my fiesta potatoes… had sour cream! They remade it and literally only gave me 7 potatoes with barely any cheese and ontop of that, the quesadilla was burnt.

I just want my food to be right man. Fast food used to be the cheap alternative if you dont feel like cooking but now fast food is expensive and lower quality. I paid $6 for this mexican pizza and it has barely anything in the middle. I also get the new flamingo hot grilled cheese burrito, that was also $6, and the cheese isnt melted, almost no meat in the middle, and they didn’t use the flaming hot rice and used regular rice. I dont want to be this picky about fast food but $12 for two items is crazy. Especially with poor quality.

I should’ve read the reviews before I wasted my time. There were two cars in front of me. It took over a half hour to get my food. Their excuse is that they’re short staffed? If you’re short staffed and it’s taking that long for drive-through then close your store. That’s not the consumer problem. Or at least have the courtesy to tell people when they’re ordering about the wait. The fact of the matter is they simply don’t care. Look at the comments you order by kiosk in the store, so even if they’re short staffed, what’s the big to do here? $18 for one person spend your money elsewhere don’t be dumb and keep spending your money at this place, yhey obviously could care less.

Used to be decent. Past couple times waited 30+ minutes in drive thru just to get the food I ordered in the app. That’s not an exaggeration. And no one cares to make it right. I’m not gonna be a mega Karen about it and raise a scene. I’ll speak with my wallet. ✌

We went inside to order and pick up food. Now you have to order on kiosk, but it was pretty easy for some old timers. Value was excellent with “box” special. We were even allowed to remove or add toppings. The place was clean but not busy inside.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. After waiting 45 minutes for my food I got home to almost the entire thing incorrect. I asked for chalupas without tomato’s and without sour cream. All of my chalupas were incorrect and had the items not asked for. I went back to either get my food or my money back. When I asked for a manager, they proceeded to tell me the manager was too busy to help me. I had to threaten to get my money back to get them to do anything. After waiting ANOTHER 30 minutes, they tell me they’re out of chicken for my chalupas and could only do steak or beef. So already they can’t even remake my order the way it was supposed to be. Then they try to give me the wrong order AGAIN. My order wasn’t correct until a girl came in to work. I don’t know who she is but she deserves a raise.

Theyre all actually slow. Couldnt get anything right on ONE burrito. I put NO PICO and they put it anyways. I am allergic. I have worked at taco bell myself, I asked for spicy ranch because the ranchero was out and my boyfriend did too and they gave him avacado ranch and almost did on mine too. Get new workers or something please or new managers because they obviously dont know what theyre doing.
