If I could give this place 10,000 five star reviews I totally would. Food so on point it’s not even funny…. I’ve had so many different appetizers and entrees that everything they put in front of you is absolutely amazing. The good is five star all the way. The drinks are just as outstanding as the cuisine. The wine selection is very good for the good they serve and the cocktails are super super super amazing. I had two bottles of the Chardonnay and then enjoyed multiple cosmopolitans at a buy one get one rate. The service is superb in that every server is courteous and polite even if they are not your server. This type of hospitality is unheard of in the states. I am so glad I found this amazing and unique waterfront paradise. The hostess greets you in such a way that you want to go even when they tell you they are fully booked as in my case for New Year’s Eve. I eventually came back here about 4 times my entire trip and I’m just as satisfied one the fourth and the first. My server and friend is Autoro and he is legitimately the most amazing man. Our language barrier (me only barely able to speak Spanish) was never a problem as he and his staff were so super patient and understanding with my English language. I cannot recommend this place enough. Please just come and see for yourself why I came back every single day of my trip. Thank you to Danna the most amazing hostess with the best and most welcoming smile in the world and to Autoro who made my trip so much better every time I came to this amazingly wonderful place. The water views and the music make this such a chill and great vibe I never want to leave! Thank you thank you thank you for making this such a great part of my vacation.

At first, I wasn’t sure about going in but then I saw the reviews and decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed but quite surprised that the restaurant is so good, there are very few places here that I can confidently suggest and say, you must go. Everything from the service, the menu, the presentation, and the food was excellent. This restaurant is a must if you come to Veracruz.

Everyone was so nice when greeting us, the hostess, the bartender and the waiter, the food and the atmosphere and the view were fantastic, too!
The lichee and berries gin was delicious the New York with vegetables, the shrimp risotto and the salad were delicious!! And the guanábana mousse was so creamy and full of flavor! Our compliments to the chef and kitchen staff
The only bad thing was the service, even though our waiter was really nice he took sooo long to pick up the dirty dishes,the menu was on the table during the whole meal, we had to ask another waiter questions about the desserts and the manager for the check, cause he was not around.

Impecable service, excellent fresh food and great mixology from the bar is what a great restaurant like Harbor’s offers. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcome by the staff at this restaurant that has a patio with an incredible view of the Veracruz seaside. At the beginning of your visit, the waiter comes in to show you the actual steak cuts, all the fresh seafood and all the different wines to pair with your food. Then, the mixologist from the bar walks in to offer great cocktail specials and suggestions of what to drink to make your dining experience more enjoyable. There were not any letdowns in our visit and kudos to all the staff at this great restaurant. Definitely worth the ride from downtown Veracruz.

Nice try for this place all things seem lovely served, however I have asked for arrachera tacos, and their tortillas really disappointed me as they were hardening as I tried to have a good taste, no one would rather eat them if they receive this quality.

Food is good, not the best, like stake wasn’t on the spot, and a bit chewy and for the price yoy expect it to be. Sides were good and the see food wasn’t the best either but good. View on the other side was spectacular and service was top notch.

Steak was delicious, drinks were meh. Great atmosphere and views of the ocean. Service was good, except for when it came time to pay. They took a really long time to bring our bill.
