I got the Italian Poor Boy this time. I really enjoyed it. Their sandwiches are always huge and have a lot of meat. The Italian Poor Boy was really nice. Their bread has a great texture and the peppers added a nice kick too. This will be on my rotation for future visits.

Now this is what a good Italian sandwich should taste like! It was absolutely perfect. I ordered the Charlie’s special as it came. I wouldn’t change a thing about it. It was a very large sandwich for $10.95. It came on really good French bread. You got your choice of a bag of chips or a small container of potato salad. The potato salad was very good as well. They offer a fountain drinks which are very reasonable for $1.69 each. They also offered a few items in their frozen section that you can take to go like different noodle options or frozen pizza. We did get a frozen pizza as well for dinner that night. It was really good except I think I cooked it too long and I even checked it three minutes before it was supposed to be done. If cooking one of these at home, I would suggest to check it after nine minutes just to make sure. It was a good pizza. There were a few tables and counter seatings if you want to eat it there. We found the restaurant to be very clean and the workers extremely nice. We will definitely be returning.

We ordered cannolis from Charlie’s for our wedding dessert table! They delivered them to our venue, which was a huge help! We had tons of compliments they were delicious! We are so happy we chose them easy process and great to work with!

Stopped by Charlie Imo’s Market on the hill for the Friday lunch special and we were not disappointed. A house salad and 9-inch pizza for less than $9! You can’t beat that! We had a sausage and a pepperoni. Both were amazing examples of St. Louis style thin crust with the requisite Provel cheese melted perfectly on top. We have to give a 10/10 to the house dressing. So good! Great service was the icing on the cake!

We brought our kids over for lunch after a field trip to the Science Center today. Heather worked with us to ensure our pre-order was correct throughout the scheduling. Today, the food was ready, fresh, and delicious. Everyone loved their selections and some bought sandwiches or deserts to take home!

Warm pastrami and Swiss with potato salad. Excellent! Always a pleasant experience eating here and talking with their staff. Picked up a meatball sandwich, hot salami sandwich and fresh baked cookies for later.
