Clean in the dining are the kitchen floor not so much. One step away from being robotic. I entered my order and someone shouted my name and handed me a bag. No real human interaction. Portions were typically sparse and ingredients probably cost $0.50 at best but charged $2.00. I don’t know why we go back for such an underwhelming experience. Oh yeah, to get extra sauce!

At the drive thru, ordered 50 bucks worth of food. Asked the person face to face if I could have mild sauce. She yeah, in the bag. Like an idiot believed her. NOT ONE SAUCE PACK, NOT ONE. Is it because taco bell is so hard up or is it because it’s easier lie to someone than to reach over and hand sauce packs to a customer?

Person in front of me took forever to order their food. I pulled up a minute after they closed and they wouldn’t take my order, which wouldn’t had been a big deal had their not been 2 cars ahead of me and 5 behind me leaving me stuck for about 15 min. They need to have a way to pull out when scenarios like this occur

Sad Taco Bell. Understaffed, but not many people going thru drive thru. We were the only ones in the lobby. Forced to use their kiosk to order. Waited nearly 20 minutes for a small order. Wraps were folded like tacos. The Baja Blasts and new steak fiesta burrito was good, but not worth the money or time.

I got nachos and it had 5 chips in it, the burrito as you can see in the picture it was all the meat in the first bite rice in the second bite and all the sour cream at the bottom. I had to open the burrito and stir everything together in order not to get a mouth full of sour cream as the last 2 bites.

Way overpriced for the food quality. I have to order extra sauce just to be able to taste any sauce. Quesadilla are always completely empty on both ends. The workers are always friendly and they do get the order right but they are very skimpy on the amount of stuff they put inside it.
