This review is an amalgamation of bad experiences here.

First off they’ve gotten our orders wrong every time we’ve gone, and I say that with no hyperbole. Every time. At night, during lunch, going in to pick up, taking the drive through, something is messed up. Usually multiple items.

The quality of the food itself varies wildly, with some items being great, while others are stale or otherwise inedible. And which items are bad seemingly changes at random.

Service is pretty rough here too. It usually takes 7-10 minutes of waiting at the window before food starts getting passed to us, and the one time we ordered online for pickup, it took almost an hour for our food to be ready. Mind you, this is AFTER the progress marker online said our food was done, and ready for pickup.

On a good day, this place is an ‘okay’ spot to get some fried chicken. But on most it’s just a bad time, brought on by the foolish desire for a quick and yummy meal. Don’t go here to order food, and expect what you purchased. Go here to gamble on what you get, and how bad it is.

Oh also don’t look at the Popeye’s website for what they have on their menu. I guess it’s not a universal thing, which is dumb, but not really the fault of this particular location. Just a thing I guess. Doesn’t affect my score. This place just sucks.

Had a mobile order, went through drive through could hear the employees laughing and fooling around on the other end of the speaker. Once I was acknowledged I told them that I had a mobile order three different people talked to me in the speaker at the same time then they couldn’t hear because of that so I went to the window then they acted shocked when I reached the window and when I told them my order again they told me to go back in the drive through line and tell them in the speaker and that’s what the speaker is for. I told them I wouldn’t go back through the line when I reported my mobile order more than once. They slammed the window on us and then to add they gave us the drink holder with no drinks then begin to give us the drinks one by one after having an attitude. Will never be coming back to this establishment horrible service spent $40 to get treated disrespectful by children, and get moderate food.

Thursday February 19th approximately at 7:00 7:30 p.m. I took a friend who is mentally disabled to the location of 3560 Wheaton Way Bremerton Washington Popeyes restaurant and served by a man who said his name was ty and eventually told me he was the manager. We stood in line behind a lady talking to him and putting a order in patiently may I add on what seemed to take a moment longer than it should have. Okay no problem. When we came up to the counter my friend mind you who is mentally disabled had a coupon she wanted to use on both orders because we were both going to order the same meal. I don’t use coupons and didn’t think about one order per coupon, okay I’m bad for not thinking ahead. Ty the so-called manager if that truly is his name and if he truly is the manager as his shirt wasn’t any different then the rest of the employees, informed us in a very snide smug manner that it can only be used on one order, okay no problem. My friend was excited to be there and apparently spoke out of turn when placing the order with Ty because Ty again in a smug snide tone let us know the proper order of ordering. I made a comment to my friend oh sounds like you spoke out of turn….. He looked up at me smug took a pause in speaking and then what appeared to be the end of him asking her what she wanted in her order he went back to asking the question of what kind of chicken which he already asked her. So I told him what type of chicken I wanted and then with his smug snide tone again he let me know it wasn’t my turn. I let him know that he was rather rude and he said well he thought the same about us….. We did absolutely nothing wrong came in, in a good mood left without ordering. We took our business to her second choice of where she wanted to eat. I tried to find the owner information to make this complaint formal and being it is a chain store if I don’t hear from the owner I will continue to make complaints until it is handled and I will also step it up one more notch this kind of behavior is unacceptable for customer service. I have been in customer service 40 plus years it was pretty appalling. This experience was a zero star and if I don’t get a response from the owner of this location store number 84007 well for sure I will never come back, except to complain.

For 7 years they forgot my sauce… and im still mad about it…. not only did they forget my sauce for 7 years, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. EVEN IF I REMINDED THEM. They also acted like i was the crazy stupid one for being upset. after 7 years, & getting hit by a car as a pedestrian and not being able to drive to go get my own food, I had enough, i called very upset because its been 7 years, prior to this tho I spoke to a manager, I spoke to corporate I did all the things expected of me as a customer and still no change, I was patient for 7 years and 40 nights… and when I finally called for the last time the child on the phone goes “…. youre mad about sauce?…..” yeah dawg im mad about sauce, its not just the sauce, its that I was stuck at home unable to go and get the sauce I needed for the meal to be correct and my husband was deployed, no family and friends were all busy and no amount of remedy on my end was gonna solve my sauce problem and apparently no one there was either….. I just stopped going…. who needs popeyes if they aren’t gonna give you the complete meal anyways….. plus, a year after this, I moved away, and the popeyes in the town im in now, doesnt forget my sauce….. apparently it wasnt that hard after all…

Imma stay mad too cuz why? After countless calls and respectfully telling yall that “hey yall forgot my sauce … again” respect leaves when its been 7 years of me talking and yall not listening….

The place has really cleaned up since my last visit during opening year over five years ago. Chicken was crispy tender and flavorful. Service not bad for Christmas Eve afternoon at 2pm. All call in and online orders took precedence over walk-in customers. The staff was friendly and acknowledged me as soon as possible.

I ordered a BOGO spicy chicken sandwich, 2 piece combo with fries and drink,mac and cheese, and a 4 piece bone in classic chicken. When i got my order from Uber Eats, no drink, no bone in chicken at all, fries, like 6 chicken sandwiches and mashed potatoes with a note saying “fryers are off so no fries or bone in chicken and my driver didnt speak english so they gave me 3 chicken sandwiches and mashed potataoes” instead of the 6 pieces of bone in chicken and still no drink. Food was decent but not my order. Maybe its better pickup or ordering in store.

Fries are uncooked and they won’t replace it. Staff could use some customer service classes. Doesn’t expect excellent but please hire someone with at least average communication skills. Order mistake and trying to correct it and the machine not working is not the customer’s fault.
