I have came here multiple times, I have witnessed one of the managers yelling at the young kids, I have also had them mess my food up completely and when I go to show them they tell me that they won’t do anything about it, this last time I got baconator fries and on the lid it was covered like COVERED in bacon grease and there was literally a shot of cheese in it, it got taken in there to be remade cause it smelled of fart from all the grease and again like no cheese on the soggy fries and the manager KATIE decided it was best to argue and tell me that’s how it comes, I have gotten it before and I can guarantee that is NOT how it comes, it has happened before but the first time i spoke with a worker and the worker had fixed it. While trying to sort it out with the manager this time even one of the employers had also agreed that it should be fixed and it wasn’t. I had to pay for extra cheese (which was .50 cents annd then .70 cents) and take the grease filled fries home.

I didn’t receive my medium fries and was like things happen so I went back and they were very friendly and gave it to me after I left went home with all my food and I asked if they had bake potatoes they said yes. When I finally got home to eat my food the potatoes were not cooked all the way and were hard in the middle. I went back already with my food to get my fries and then when I get back and had to deal with this I was just done. Potatoes went in the garbage untouched. I would rather you tell me there not ready or we don’t have then me waste my money to throw away then give me something undercooked.

Always forget sauce,napkins and straws. It never fails that this location always get my order wrong! My order was a spicy chicken only mayo and cheese with extra mayo ,large fry and large diet. I ended up getting extra tomato and no mayo,small fry and drink. I also ask for 2 sides of mayo and ended up getting BBQ sauce. My diet was regular! I completely wasted my money because I threw it away. I tried calling but never got an answer, They were wrapped around the building with customers and inside was busy. I will not be going back to this location.

Usually pretty good as far as fast food is concerned. Lately they fell off though, food’s wrong, cooked poorly, and they won’t answer the phone when you call to complain. Avoid this and all Wendy’s locations.

yeah maybe just shut mobile orders off if you can’t walk in. wasted money because your “short staffed”….. I work in a restaurant and we’ve been short staffed for years and our doors are open. Some people don’t drive and I’m not gonna stand in the freezing cold with a 12 car lineup waiting in the drive thru for a mobile order like a idiot. Answer your phones too. unreal. thx.

great wendys. one of the best i have been in. friendly staff and helpful. clean bathroom. military discount provided. fountain drink fillup was clean. service was super quock, by the time i decided what to drink my food was ready. will be glad to stop by again.
