Went there for a date. Ordered a Ceasar Salad and they served a regular salad with bugs in it. The salad had slices of bell peppers on it and it appears THEY WERE NOT WASHED BERORE BEING SERVED. I know this becasue there were BUGS on the peppers. They comped the salad but charged for the rest of the meal which was not eaten due to a loss off appetite as youd imagine. 0 stars will never return. I hope they clean their kitchen up and get better standards. TO MAKE IT WORSE AFTER THE BUGS WERE POINTED OUT THEY DIDN’T EVEN TAKE THE SALAD AWAY.

Not known for their service, but the value for their food and drinks will bring me back every time. Slices of pizza were huge for $5 and a Chicago dog for $4! Can’t beat that. GF enjoyed her chicken parm and friends like their dishes, pizza and fish and chips, as well. You can also get a drink for like $7. Food is really worth every penny and service wasn’t as bad as people have said. Just get some thicker skin and have fun.

We had the pan pizza and it was delicious! Loved the bread bites too! The blonde teen server was probably the best waitress we’ve ever had – she was awesome! Highly recommend eating here.

Great pizzas! We ordered two extra large pizzas. One was the Windy City and the other was the monster. We also got the Philly cheesesteak sandwich which was really good.

I really wanted to try to like this place but the service just wasn’t that good. When we got there, we had to wait at the booths to be seated as their sign says, but after a while of sitting at the booths with other people waiting, we saw that there was a clipboard that you had to put your name on in order to be called. That wasn’t stated when you first come in. So you may just be sitting there for a while if you don’t know about the clipboard. They should have a sign saying please sign clipboard in order to be called. We almost left after a long wait time but finally got a table and food didn’t take long to come out but the pizza ended up being okay. The cheese just separated easily from the crust whenever you tried to bite a piece of the pizza slice. The kids menu has a good price for the amount of food you get for them though. The service wasn’t that great, the servers didn’t come by to check on us at all. You had to try to get their attention if you could since they would walk right past you pretty quickly. Luckily I got tht attention of someone and asked to order dessert, their cannoli, and she said okay, but that was taking very long to come. Also, we saw a family that had come not long after we sat down on a table there and they had waited for their food for a very long time, while we were eating they still hadn’t gotten food and after a while, the lady asked a server if they could just have their food to go. I felt bad for them. We eventually just payed for the food and just left without the cannoli. So food was alright but the service wasn’t that good. They need to be more attentive to their customers there. It’s very important to ask if everything is okay instead of struggling to try to get a server’s attention as they zoom past you without a glace. We might not come back here due to the service unfortunately.

What can I say about Rosati’s pizza, fantastic, even the next day cold, it was delicious, and not forget the service was great, the young gentleman in take out that helped us was very helpful and friendly ( sorry I forgot your name) we also had lasagna that was delicious as well. I came here to get dinner to-go on a Friday evening. There are two separate areas for the restaurant. One area for dining in and another for ordering take-away. The counter and space for ordering take-away was a little space; just big enough for four to five people to wait unorganized. I placed my order for Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and Breaded Mushrooms, and then was estimated a 25-minute wait time. I waited in my car until then, which I watched one of the staff assist customers with their large take-away orders to their cars. My interaction with the other staff at the take-away counter was average. The food was really delicious. The Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo had good flavor and better than others I have tried in Lake Havasu City. The chicken was juicy and not dry either. The mushroomd in the Breaded Mushrooms were cooked excellent. This would be my choice for Italian in Lake Havasu City, and I will definitely come back when back in the area. I’ll try to dine-in next time to give a more thorough review.
