Stopped in for a quick bite and everything came out fresh and fast. The wings were saucy and perfectly cooked crispy edges with just the right amount of heat. The wedges were seasoned well and the onion rings had a nice crunch. Service was friendly and efficient; we didn’t have to wait long at all which was perfect since we were just grabbing something quick.
It’s a solid go to spot for casual food, game vibes, and quick service. You can’t go wrong with wings, wedges, and a wrap combo classic comfort food done right.

I went into this restaurant last night not expecting much. However our server was so attentive and made sure my experience was amazing. The food was good but Jailene made the experience that more pleasant. She’s so personable and on it. She made sure we didn’t have to ask for anything !. I wish Every time I went To a restaurant there was a Jailene. 10/10 serving and I will be back !

10/10 RECOMMEND Last week my husband and I stopped by after one hell of a week, we saw this sweet young lady who had a lot on her plate but she handled herself with such ease and professionalism! Jailene sat us down quickly we shared a couple laughs, definitely reminded me of my youngest daughter absolute angel. Whoever Jailene’s manager or district manager is this young lady was impeccable this is what customer service is about!!!!

We waited to be seated and no one came. We decided to sit down and wait to place our order, and after waiting 15 minutes, no one checked on our table. We called one of the servers so we could order, and he told us to wait a moment. Five minutes later, no one came, and the server who asked us to wait was on his phone. The service at this place is horrible. We left after being seated for 30 minutes, and no one ever took our order.

Ate there ordered the Asian zinger wing which were hard as heck .. I also ordered Tata tots that came with a French fry in it also I asked the waitress what’s up with that she said it’s all fried together I told her you didn’t check the food before you served it. Her reply was I can take it back and get you another one I said no thank you, all you’re going to do is remove the fry and give me the same Tata tots. No thank you I didn’t even eat too much what a waste of money and food.. also had a margarita juice no taste of alcohol in it whatsoever

It was ok but the boneless wings in the kids meal were way too crunchy like they were just left out for a long time or refried. But at that point I had waited so long to get food and to even get served that I just wrapped up my son’s food and left. The server was very pleasant but it seems she had just begun her shift and was rushed to try to get to all the people that were already seated before she got there. I just think restaurants need to be alittle more clear when there is a wait. We sat there with no food/water or acknowledgement for over 20 min. And that really surprised me because when we got there it didnt even seem busy in the dining area.

I just paid $31 for 15 wings and french fries. The french fries were cold and the wings were dry overcooked in the deep fryer. And wings are the specialty of this restaurant?? You should be ashamed of yourself! I truly believe that no way these wings would’ve been put on the bar… Since I was picking up to go I guess that’s where they send the overcooked wings? Because again these would’ve never been acceptable to serve in the restaurant with someone can turn them right back to the kitchen. Needless to say, I can’t wait for Wingstop to open up!

No host/hostess at the front to seat us, after waiting for a bit we ended up seating ourselves and flagging someone down. We only got half of our order. Waiter barely checked in on us after initial order, the couple of times he did, we asked each time where the rest of our order was. He hardly acknowledged us and went away each time, we never ended up getting the rest of our order. The tvs also barely had service so we couldn’t even really watch any of the games. Unless this was just an off day, this place has really gone downhill.

Food was hot and fresh. Only problem I had was the service. After being seated, we waited too long to be greeted by a waitress then after waiting more than 10 minutes, the host asked if we could move to another table. FYI, it wasn’t busy or full that night. A little annoyed but we made the best of it.

This place use to be back in 2019 and before. But the service here is terrible. Had to get up twice to get a waiter just to come to the table. Just to give us a menu, second time to come back and order. After they dropped off the food.. the waiter went back to talking with other waiters and playing candy crush or some game it seems on their phone. Had to go to the pick up table to ask the young lady if I can pay there or if someone can bring my check so I can leave. … end result.. this place needs improvement in service. Managers should be walking the floor and making sure guest are being served. Not going back, went with guest and they were all disappointed.
