Service was mediocre. We removed our own empty dishes. Weren’t offered drink refills. Credit card charged twice. Once for meal and tip. Two days later another charge for only the tip. Food was just ok. Some items overcooked, some barely warm, and nowhere near the selection we had at previous visits.

We arrived a little after 7 pm. Food selection was one of the worst I’ve seen at an Asian buffet. Was mainly fried foods, majority of food didn’t look fresh. I ended up eating salad to avoid getting sick. The service was mediocre at best. Took our drink orders when they seated us. There were only a couple of occupied tables so they were not busy. It took them over 5 minutes to get our drinks and had to be reminded Sprite not water. At 7:35 staff was asking if we wanted anything more off the buffet as they wanted to clear it off. They did seat 5 more customers after this. Would not recommend at all.

This is an okay place to eat. I really liked the icecream bar because they had a lot of cool toppings. The service was nothing special. Alot of the food was fried, more than I think is normally at a buffet. I think for a cheap lunch, this is a fine place to go. The sushi was pretty good so I was happy about that. The egg drop soup was also decent and not very watery so that was cool.

Won’t be going back. Lunch buffet ( a party or 5, two tickets) 5 lunch buffets all drinking water except one person. They did not inform us that they would be charging gratuity. There’s no menu on the tables or notification anywhere that I could see. I put cash down for a tip and tip for the tip jar for the person who makes the sushi . They take a long time ringing up our tickets and I’m confused as to why ; they don’t tell me a total , just take my card. They give me the receipt and I see that they had added 18% gratuity to mine and my friends bills. I inform them that I had tipped cash and they said I could find my waitress and get the cash back from her. How unprofessional and embarrassing. I’m not going to hunt down my waitress in the dining room ( two different ladies brought us water) and ask for cash back.
Also I think it’s a bit ridiculous to charge 18% gratuity at a lunch BUFFET. There is the bussing of tables and bringing water but they are not taking multiple orders and keeping up with different entrees – plates, sides , appetizers, condiments, etc and bringing it to the table like a server would at a full service restaurant. Anyway, I walked out and won’t be going back.

Solid buffet that is very affordable. Sushi was very fresh and delicious. The hibachi was definitely the highlight of the meal.

Twin Dragons Buffet is a Chinese restaurant that offers buffet and menu you can choose from. The variety of food available is amazingly extensive with wide choice of different types of food, including different soups, cooked food with different kinds of meet, salads, fruits, and ultimately sweets and ice-cream. The food is not excellent but good tasting. The sweets were however not as good as cooked food.
