on February 6th around 1pm The manager with the army haircut and heavy accent approached me when I question a sandwich that I was charged for that I did not order and I said if I’m gonna get charged for it can I at least have cheese and he chose to scold me and discipline me and told me that he does not need back talk as he’s also scolding his employees he embarrass me humiliated me he even threatened to go to my job to complain simply because I ask for cheese.
The guy is on a power trip. I will never go back to that Arby’s until that man is gone I will never ring that bell worst experience ever. We already made a complaint to the headquarters since this is a franchise don’t go there

This location isn’t it . The restaurant smells like burnt oil .. and our fried food definitely looks like it was cooked in old oil . Milkshake doesn’t have whipped cream since they are out or some lids. Mac and cheese bites look burnt and are saturated in grease . Both burgers were dry and looked old . Ketchup is empty in the lobby . The employee at the register said they would change it .. they did not .

I feel like Arby’s is a hit or miss. I’ve only had the wraps, some days it’s really good, some days I feel like its not as good. Employee experience hasn’t been the best. One time the employee got the order wrong and another time they don’t even say anything they just take your card and don’t even say hi. But it’s fine I mean I’m there for the food not for the people so I understand. I will continue to come though since it’s good price and close to my home.

I’ve always liked Arbys and today was the reason. My Arbys Classic was piled high with meat and the bun warm and fresh. The potato cakes were crispy and for and even the Coke Classic tasted great. The counter staff person was quick and friendly abs efficient. All in all, a good reason to eat at Arby’s.

The triumphant chime of the Arby’s bell is coming back! Feel free to ring it loud and proud if you received excellent service while at the restaurant. We ate from the green portion of the menu, called Market Fresh, and were impressed with the quality of the turkey and chicken sandwiches. Yes, you can eat at Arby’s and still eat healthy! Love the gyros and roast beef as well.
