It is impossible for this location to get your order correct. I have been here a lot. I live 3 minutes away. I will drive miles not to go here. I tried again today. Another disappointment. Why cant this location overall just do better? Today, I didn’t get hashbrowns, but got a extra burrito, didn’t want to get back in line. Last time I had to come inside. Time before I drove off because intercom person was rude in front of whole family. I can go on, but I am sure I am not the only one disappointed in this location. Please do better, we deserve quality and friendly customer service. I can’t remember the last time someone served me with a smile or the correct order.

First we asked for no ice and when we asked them if the sprite had ice because it clearly did they told us “no” but that isn’t even the issue, we got home with the food and everything else was fine, missing a medium fry and my son’s cheeseburger in the happy meal was absolutely petrified meat with a petrified piece of cheese. The phone isn’t hooked up so I can’t even call to inform them that ya know, I would want different freaking food. When I called I would get the same “sorry your call didn’t go through” then some dial tone and the same message until I hung up.

Women here have a bad attitude. On the way taking my son to school10/22/2025 @7:45a.m. I stoped and got him a sausage McMuffin Meal. When I got to the window I asked the woman who handed me my food can I have a jelly for the sandwich that my son wanted. So she says with an attitude “it’s in the bag” and I didn’t bother to check. So I gave my son his food and he’s looking for the jelly and it’s not even in there. So not only did she pack my order and lie about it. She had an attitude about it like it’s a problem for me to ask for jelly for my son sandwich. Whoever this lady was working that morning. She was wearing a neon visibility vest. Whoever the manager is needs to speak with her and figure why she is bitter and upset. Possibly even find her a new position. People like that done need to be working in the drive thru dealing with customers! It’s way to early for attitudes, be thankful GOD woke you up this morning.” In the name of Jesus “Please look into what’s her problem!

I usually don’t leave reviews but things here were so bad, I need to leave a review so the owner knows about this. I’m also working to be a McDonalds owner, so I’d like to know if this happened. I walk in on Tuesday July 22 2025 about 2pm and there is an old lady waiting at the register to put in an order. I walk to the kiosk and order food to dine in. When I finally got my food, they didn’t bring my drink. Also, I needed ketchup so I walk to the counter. The old lady is still standing there. I’m waiting for awhile and as I am waiting, an employee (dark skinned short guy with a black hair with a brown patch – Don King style haircut). Walks past me and the lady to bring ketchup and BBQ sauce to two girls who apparently knew every employee. As he walks back, I say “Can I have ketchup, BBQ sauce, and I didn’t get my drink”. Then he nods at me and I hear him say “who is supposed to be” and then he disappears from sight. A few minutes later I see him all the way in the back making burgers. So I walk behind the counter saying “excuse me” multiple times and of course I’m being ignored. So, I walk further into the kitchen area before I can get someone to help me. Once I finally get my stuff, I turned around and and said “they have terrible service” to the same lady who was standing there and another guy who was standing there. They both responded “absolutely terrible service”. When I sat down, I noticed the older lady was frustrated and left. I realized the SHE HAD NEVER BEEN HELPED!! She never was able to put her order in. In addition, the fries were hard and stale. Also, I wanted to charge my laptop and cell phone while I ate, but there were no outlets in the entire restaurant! There was one around the corner between the men and women’s restroom, so I had to leave it there and stand guard watching it from a distance like with the eye of a hawk. I’m uploading the image of where I had to leave my phone. Also, the image of where plugs may have been removed. I will never come back to this McDonalds located at 5360 Salem Ave, Trotwood, OH. I was at a McDonalds yesterday and the experience was so much better. The much nicer McDonalds is located at 1219 N Gettysburg Ave, Dayton, OH

This is probably one of the worst stores we’ve been to. I got a half-full small coffee today. The food is never fresh-tasting. You can’t contact them easily (calling them).

The place was nasty and dirty stuff all over the floor about 1pm I ask for a double cheeseburger with Mac sauce only because I’m allergic to the ketchup so I paid 50 cent more and got a old sandwich they already had for someone else and they put the Mac sauce on top of the catchup and mustard I had to be somewhere so I didn’t take it back I just threw it in the trash I was so upset i.didnt know what to do .There was alot of playing going on and talking and their supposed to hand the food to you they just laid the bag down and I walked over and said to myself I guess it’s mine just terrible I don’t want nothing else at this MacDonalds North main Street is clean and they make sure your stuff is hot and made correctly.

Went through the drive thru to get a happy meal, only to get home to find that there was an empty box where a toy should be. I called up to the store numerous times, just to be hung up on twice. Of the two times they actually answered, there was a lady that tried to get a manager on the phone the second time they answered, but when she explained to him what the issue was, he hung up the phone as well. When my husband went up to get the toy, he asked why wasn’t the toy in the box? A short guy with dreads with blonde tips said the employees be in the back playing with them. He then said well that was the last ninja turtle toy, we now have basketball toys would you like that. My husband said no, my son wants the ninja turtles that is advertised. The guy pulls the ninja turtle toy out of his pocket and puts it in the box and then walks away. Then walked outside to talk to another employee or manager that was sitting in their car.

I placed a mobile order online and ordered nuggets and two frappes. I enter and im told their machine is down. I understand that happens, so i wasnt mad.
I asked for a partial refund because my drinks had additions to them that made them more expensive.
They told me i cant get a refund because i ordered online through the app. That is not true, but i didnt have time to argue because i was on my lunch break.
I got regular iced coffees instead and lost like 4 dollars.
