Waiting constantly in the drive through after 11pm getting stuck can’t order/pick up orders because they don’t take any orders for almost 20 min on regular basis. This is a nightly issue! Customers started yelling hello then they respond & start taking orders. No cars in line at windows. Delivery orders get denied from this restaurant because no driver wants to waste that much gas & time for their low paying orders.
2023: The Wenatchee store always seem to shut down every night around 10pm -11pm leaving more than 8 or 9 cars in drive through just to sit& wait, no way out of drive-through. Or way you pick up mobile orders. I sat at drive-through order for 15 min With no explanation, Could not pick up mobile order Because they close the lobby. Generally around this time their ice cream machine always becomes “down” .. you can’t get any cold desserts.
*East Wenatchee store more prompt on orders and has full menu usually.

**(Update, after posting this review they responded with a generic response, we have already been in contact with the supervisor of the location who has refused a refund.)We experienced what some of the other reviewers have mentioned at this location, poor customer service and food quality. We ordered after a long day of travel and got back to our Hotel to find many food issues. We ordered a Big Mac meal and a double Cheeseburger meal, all three burgers did not have the cheese melted, the two shakes we ordered were very watery, and we were not provided any utensils/napkins in the bag, hard to you eat a shake without a straw or spoon. We reached out to corporate McDonalds and they directed us to get a refund from the restaurant directly. The Area supervisor reached back out to us and told us they will not refund us because we did not bring the food back in, we explained we had a long day of travel and are not from the area to no avail. The total amount of the food was $22, out of principal we will be reaching out to our credit card for a refund. Prices have escalated to a point where if the quality of your food is not up to standard we do expect a minimal amount of customer service from a large corporate restaurant.

I really appreciate the gentleman that does your lobby cleaning, he is so friendly and does such a great job cleaning every time I come in here it’s very clean. He’s on top of it every day. I think is name is Fidell, pleasure to come to a fast food restaurant so clean.

Employees need to be trained on how to have better customer service skills. My friends and I just went through the drive through and the girl with the long black ponytail who was taking orders was extremely rude. Didn’t even say thank you, have a good night, or acknowledge us whatsoever. She also glared at my friend and had a horrible attitude. This is a consistent issue every time we come through the drive through at this time.
Update: I ordered doordash from this store today after this incident. Got my milkshake and sauces but my food was not in the bag. You guys seriously need to get it together this is ridiculous. I only got a partial refund for food I never got and a milkshake I didn’t even drink so I’m still out $10 now. Thanks for nothing. Wish I could give 0 stars this place has gone so downhill.

Not great, completely cold unmelted cheese with a free tiny hair on it. Service was very slow. kid’s play area is the only redeeming factor.

Went to the Wenatchee McDonald’s last night to order the new new daily. Double it sucked, mainly because of the lack of care to whoever made the burger, One of the patties was barely on the bun. The mayonnaise was just one little blob in the middle. The lettuce was more on the wrapper than on the sandwich! And the cheese was on the wrapper and not on the sandwich! I think next time I’ll just go to Burger King

I don’t think this McDonald’s has ever messed up my order and I’ve been there at least 20 times in the past four years. East Wenatchee always seem to mess something up. My most recent visit was in the morning and I had a bacon egg and cheese biscuit mashed together with an egg McMuffin, without half of the biscuit and muffin. It was good, same McDonald’s as ever. It’s sad you can’t eat inside. I stood outside by the building and dined. I think I had a coffee also which was a little subpar, if I had to complain about anything. It’s newly renovated (in the past few years?) and kept fairly clean. Not ecstatic about the customer service but I don’t expect much these days. I would recommend and will be back.
