Ordered “Tush Push Burger” medium well on 9-28-25 for takeout. Quality of food has definitely diminished over the last year or so – with every other order having an issue, but this was egregious.
This one simple order had 4 issues with it – so it’s the last time I’ll get food here. Left feedback for the restaurant and requested to be contacted but that was 3 weeks ago, so here is the public post.
1) Clearly not medium well. Burger pretty burned and beyond well done
2) Missing ‘fried onion tanglers’ which was supposed to be on by default
3) Missing the “side of ranch” – noticed when I was still in the parking lot so ran back in and got a few because they routinely don’t add side sauces to my takeout orders
4) Maybe nitpicky but the quantity of fries felt like a 1/2 order. This one I could take or leave but the burger was near inedible.
As a final note: it’s 3 weeks after this order and still no contact from store. It bothered me enough and repeated errors on orders caused this review to be written.
I’ll avoid all millers restaurants moving forward and urge you to take caution with takeout orders if you choose to order here. Check everything before leaving.

Colin was an awful server. Worst experience ever. He was extremely inattentive and rushed us through our order. Only time he came to check on us was when we paid the check through the tablet and he asked if we needed boxes. As soon as we were sat he made eye contact with us and immediately walked away to talk to other tables. He constantly made nasty faces towards us and seemed like he was blatantly ignoring us. Quite a nasty experience. Will NOT be returning and will definitely warn others to stay out of Colins section. Mind you, he also never even introduced himself to us. I had to read his name tag to get his name. If i could rate 0 starts I would!!!!

We hosted a surprise 40th birthday dinner for my brother at Miller’s Ale House – Mandarin and had an amazing experience. From the first phone call to the end of the night, the staff was flexible, accommodating, and great to work with. We had a group of about 30 people and our waitress did an excellent job — she was attentive and checked on us often. Everything ran smoothly and made the night stress-free and memorable. Highly recommend!

Miller’s Ale House is the perfect place to catch a game, especially during March Madness! The atmosphere is lively and fun, with plenty of TVs to keep up with all the action. They have a great selection of beers and a solid lineup of appetizers—perfect for sharing while watching the games. The service was friendly and fast, even with the busy crowd. Definitely a go-to spot for sports fans looking for good food, drinks, and a great vibe!

If Miller’s Ale House ever needs a poster child for what exceptional service looks like, Derek is their guy. From the moment we sat down at the bar, he was dialed-in, professional, and completely in tune with what his guests needed. Drinks never got the chance to run low, the man has a sixth sense for empty glasses.
Our food came out hot, fresh, and exactly the way it should be, and Derek’s timing and attention made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. On top of that, he’s got a genuinely positive attitude that sets the tone for the whole bar. He’s engaging, fun, and just one of those people who makes you feel like you’re in the right place.
Huge shoutout to Derek! Keep doing what you’re doing. This guy is an all-star and absolutely elevates the experience at Miller’s Ale House.

Staff were uninviting, rude, inattentive, and seemingly annoyed at our presence. Our server Colin was exceptionally awful, paying no attention and not checking up even once until we were paying, including giving grotesque facial expressions from across the restaurant. Truly an awful experience and will be recommending others stay away from this spot. However, the food was quite good, just wished we could tip the kitchen instead.

Came here with the family for a quick dinner. The calamari appetizer tasted like straight vinegar. The rest of the food was nasty too. Sad thing to say that the fries were the only thing that tasted decent. The server Dale could stay still for more that 3 seconds to figure out what we needed, and honestly i dont think he cared. The restaurant was dead, so not sure why service sucked so bad. Waste of time and money. Never again.

Our family stops in here often and its always a great experience with delicious food. I usually get the Big Red but today I ordered the Cobb salad for the first time and it was one of the best salads I’ve had in a while. Definitely recommend this place for a great meal if you are in the area.

Had a craving for a Cobb salad and I have never been disappointed here. Bartender Kyle (I hope he’s logged into his own account because his name was on the receipt!) was great. He was quick to greet me and get my order, preset silverware and dressing and noticed all the little things along the way. So nice to have a bartender that pays attention
