Our dining experience at Franchesco’s Ristorante was simply fantastic from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the warm and elegant ambiance, enhanced by the live piano music, transported us to a classic Italian setting. It struck the perfect balance of classy and comfortable, making it ideal for a special birthday night.
The service was decent. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and timed each course perfectly, ensuring we never felt rushed. The drink delivery was a bit slow maybe due to being a busy night.
Now, the food – absolutely mouth-watering! We started with the recommended bruschetta appetizer, which was a delightful burst of fresh flavor. For the main course, I had the veal marsala, and it was hands-down the best I’ve ever had; it truly melted in my mouth. The entire experience was a testament to the restaurant’s commitment to quality ingredients and traditional family recipes.
Franchesco’s is truly a gem and is now at the top of my list for dining in the area. Whether it’s for a special occasion or just a treat, I highly recommend it for anyone seeking an extraordinary Italian meal and wonderful service.

Another wonderful NYE at Franchesco’s! This is our fourth year dining for the holiday, and it’s our favorite tradition. The atmosphere is excellent, drinks are wonderful, service is fast for such a busy night, and the appetizers, meals, and dessert were great. The food options were generous in portion and outstanding in quality—many of our guests commented that it was “the best wedding food they’ve ever had.” While their pricing is comparable to other vendors in the area, the value, quality, and quantity they deliver are truly unmatched. On the night of the event, the staff was professional, attentive, and efficient in serving our guests.

Went for our anniversary. Food was excellent. For us this is not a place to go except for special occasions. We had mussels, calamari, chicken parm and prime rib along with 2 glasses of wine and a bloody mary. With tip total cost was over 180.00 but again for an occasional event it was well worth it and would go again

What a positive experience! 1st time here, I came by myself which was difficult in itself. What a relief to have Yosi as my waitress!! She was extremely knowledgeable, had great recommendations. I’m very grateful for my wedding experience here. From the first day I decided to book with them they laid a full couse meal out for me and my family to select our entrees. Very much available when needed. Great communication, friendly, understanding, and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make your dreams/vision come true. Planned in a 1 1/2 month so they definitely do well under any pressure.

The atmosphere for Valentine’s Day was beautiful and thoughtfully set up. The scenery is honestly one of the reasons I enjoy coming here. Unfortunately, the service really took away from the experience.
I asked for bread three different times something that’s usually brought out automatically during dinner and it never came. We also noticed that every other guest was handed a rose when they walked in except for us, which felt a little disappointing on a night that’s meant to feel special.
When we boxed up our food to go, we were only given large containers and no bag, so we had to carry everything out in our hands. This is my second time visiting. I truly love the ambiance, but both times the service has been very poor, and that’s hard to overlook.

Terrible experience tonight. Service was terrible- it took almost 3 hours to get our food and eat. Tables next to us turned over twice in the time it took before our food came. The prime rib was not up to par, they were out of not only the au gratin potatoes that were supposed to come with, but also out of baked potatoes. The crème brûlée was brutal- it tasted like it had curdled and was lumpy and sour. The manager comped our bill $20. We won’t be back, even though the ambience of the restaurant is wonderful. We were regulars back when the restaurant was by Cherryvale, but the food quality has just tanked.
