“Hey neighbor, if you haven’t hit Dairy Queen on Francis yet, you’re missing out. Danielle’s the sweetest owner—always says hi like she knows your name, and the staff? They treat you like family. My kids beg for those dipped cones every weekend, and honestly? The place just feels… good. Lights are bright, everything’s clean, and yeah I fix their wiring, so I know it stays perfect. Grab a Blizzard next time you’re out. You’ll thank me.”

Ordered a mint oreo blizzard and only got oreo blended in ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard and only got the cheezcake they didnt add the grahm cracker they usually do i said no strawberry so that was right wanted a salad and they had no lettuce

Came close to closing time on Halloween. My daughter had been promised ice cream after an especially trying doctor’s appointment. The manager and staff were SUPER nice. Her fudge brownie sundae was amazing!

I am obsessed with the holiday shake because it’s eggnog! This location has a very clean parking lot as well as inside.
The prices are very fair! For example I get a large eggnog holiday shake from this location and it’s less than $9 with whip cream and it’s always freshly made.
However, the Francis DQ charges a couple dollars more for the same size and shake despite the distance between the two stores are minutes apart. I refuse to go to the DQ on Francis because of the hike in price there and the longer wait times for your food, drinks and sweets. Not to mention this specific location also has an offer for 50% off all drinks between 3pm-5pm which can’t be beat!
Save yourself the time and money and go to this location!

I had a situation where I waited 45 mins for my dinner, but the management took care of it by giving us our meals again for free and threw in some blizzard’s and coupons for free ice cream cones . They did accommodate us and we’re grateful for that, thanks dairy queen

I ordered a turtle pecan blizzard. That was the only thing I ordered. It was a bit disappointing when I realized when I was about halfway home that it had no chocolate in it. It just was caramel and pecans. They were not busy. It was not peak hours at 4pm on a Monday. Just a bit disappointing when you’re spending almost $8 on an ice cream

I order a peanut buster parfait with whipped cream. Was not happy with my dessert. Not sure if they made it when I ordered it because I had to wait in line like 15 mins if this is the reason for the poor image of my food. It barely made it to the top of the cup. They didn’t give me a lid only asked me if I wanted a lid. I thought you put a lid on it no matter what. I guess I am wrong. Just wasn’t happy with my experience this evening. Normally, they are pretty good.
