Stopped here for a bite. I ordered a veggie burger and poutine. I was here with my son and he likes just fries on its own so they put some aside from the poutine for him. I really appreciated it. The place is clean, quiet and the food tasted fresh and the burger was made well. Staff was super friendly.

From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean the place is. Then greeted immediately. My order was taken, and then cooked on the spot. Everybody is pleasant, friendly, professional. Happy to have stopped on the drive home and even happier to have entered the store. A great crew is working right now and it’s felt by how pleased all customers are. Please, thank you and other pleasantries are used. I’m really impressed. Def come for an original burger (or other Harvey’s specials) and leave not only full, but in a great mood. I was accidentally charged twice for my order. I spoke with the manager, who told me I would need to wait and return in five days to receive a refund. While the amount was only $9.36, the charge was made on my debit card, not a credit card, and there seemed to be some confusion about the difference.
I understand that mistakes happen, but I was surprised by how this was handled. As a manager, I would have expected the issue to be resolved on the spot rather than requiring me to follow up and come back to get my money. Unfortunately, this turned a simple error into an inconvenience and resulted in a poor customer service experience.

Clean, very clean. Good service. The burgers were moist and heavenly. No dirty tables whatsoever. This is place is 5 stars. If you haven’t tried it,you are missing out. Definitely worth coming to!

I found a great spot at Harvey’s in Cambridge. It has plenty of parking, lots of seating, friendly staff, and is well-maintained and clean. Plus, it wasn’t too busy. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch, and it tasted just as good as I remember.

I always go to Harvey’s and purchase angus patties only by themselves, no bun or toppings. I get charged $2.30 per patty. This location made me buy a burger first in order to sell me patties by themselves. 4 patties came to $16.49! I told them other locations just sell me patties they said I gave you buy a burger or else they cannot….as a franchise it should be standard with all locations, but not with this restaurant.
