I am beyond thrilled with my experience at this Wendy’s location. I went here around 1pm for lunch and I ordered the $6 biggie bag double stack. The 2 patties were very fresh and flavorful. I also swapped my drink with a choclate frosty. The worker filled my frosty up to the brim! I was also given 3 bbq sauces with my meal, which was more than enough! Some locations are stingy with sauce amounts and even charge extra, but not this location! I am thrilled with my experience. One of the best Wendy’s locations I’ve been to thus far!

I came to this location on February 15, 2026 at around 10:40PM. I ordered a #6 large combo with an orange fanta. I had to wait around 40 minutes to get my food and the combo was not a large. I also requested no mayonnaise and tomatoes on my sandwich. They only removed tomatoes, my fries were not a large sized but my drink was as shown in this picture. (I already ate the fries since its no big deal but I thought I’d leave this review.)

I’m going to have to stop eating here because every time I order something it is either super old or wrong. Like tonight, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no tomato. The chicken was old and soggy. They put ketchup on it which chicken sandwich is never come with ketchup and shredded lettuce. So I threw it away because he eats a spicy chicken sandwich with ketchup on it. I also ordered a Dave’s double with no tomato. The beef was old and they put bacon on the burger, which I did not ask for. I am tired of wasting so much money here and they can never get the order right you would think we are asking them to Perform a major brain surgery when it’s just making a sandwich they can’t do it, right.

The other reviews are spot on. Every Wendy’s I’ve been to recently are understaffed. It takes 5-7 minutes to place an order, another 5-7 minutes to receive your order and at least 60% of the time order is wrong, something missing, prepared incorrectly. If every customer checks their avg medium order to avoid this- and many don’t due to already long wait time, it adds another 3-5 minutes to wait in line. The food can be pretty good but that doesn’t make up for the annoyance experienced. I feel for serving staff. They try to remain calm. But 2 with people on a shift it doesn’t take long for yelling, annoyed customers. If you notice people pulling out of line and leaving, FOLLOW THEM!

Food was warm and fresh. Chili was watered down. Literally ate it all the beans and meat and had 3/4 liquid left. Wish I would have checked b4 pulling away. Girl took my order was nice. The one at the window was rude and unprofessional. Could have been shark week idk.

Stopped in to get a salad today! Got to work and open it to eat for my lunch, wow they did a great job making it today. Sometimes there is not much in the container when I open it! Fresh and yummy too! The people working the windows and the girl that brought my salad to my girl were all super nice too! Thank you!!!

I went to get a breakfast sandwich after dropping my son off at school got Home ready to eat and lay down before work just to find out they gave me a breakfast sandwich that was totally incorrect and had no cheese so I called the store to let them know and one of the employees told me, I will have to re-order my food and I have to repay And I told them I didn’t eat the food yet and I have my receipt. Can I just get a refund and they told me no with me working fast food It’s no way they should’ve told a customer that Any fast food restaurant I’ve ever worked at if you have your food and receipt they will try to make your order right or give you a refund. They told me they was not giving me a refund so I got back up on my bed and went back to the store because I work hard for my money and wasn’t about to let them do me like that. Yes I was mad when I arrived. I’m not gonna lie, but anyone will be at this point. I just want my refund. I have my receipt and their food. They refused to give me a refund and call the police on me. I told them do whatever you have to do, but I’m not leaving until I get my refund or at least make my food right but I didn’t even want the food at this point. I just wanted my refund I was taken to jail and had to buy out so at this point they took my money and my food And now I have a court date that I have to go through. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My experience at Wendy’s was utterly appalling. As I eagerly bit into my hamburger, imagine my horror upon discovering a revolting surprise nestled amidst the lettuce and cheese – a long, light strand of hair! Not only did this ruin my appetite, but it also left me questioning the cleanliness and hygiene standards of Wendy’s kitchen. This unacceptable incident has left me with a lasting aversion to Wendy’s and a stomach-turning memory I’d rather forget. Avoid at all costs unless you have a penchant for hairy hamburgers!

I ordered a chicken wrap.
That was one of the worst I have ever tried to eat..
I was in a hurry so I didnt get a chance to look at my food before I left.
The wrap was put together so badly ,that the whole thing fell apart as I opened upthe wrapper.
The wrap apart itself was torn and ripped so it would not have stayed together if 9t was wrapped right.
The chicken was its been sitting out for too long dry the cheese had changed colors was .
I’m not sure about the lettuce and sauce cause I couldn’t ran it to try and eat it.
I had to just put it back in the bag and throw it away.
I have had these a few times at n other locations and they have been great.Oh and the fries were good ,thank God cause I was starving atm.
But won’t go back to this location
