Only reason for 2 star on service is that no longer offering senior discounts at this location. Let’s set a standard company wide please!! Manager did make an effort after I questioned multiple times.

Every single time we go here, the wait in the drive thru is insanely slow. One evening we waited in the drive-thru line for well over an hour! It is terrible. To make matters worse, something is usually wrong with the order, the food is absolutely destroyed, mashed down flat, or seems as if it was thrown together by a kindergartener. These issues seem to be isolated to just the Auburn location as other TB locations that we go to frequently aren’t like this.

Used the mobile app to place order in the parking lot of Kroger, then proceeded to taco bell. I chose drive thru HUGE MISTAKE waited 35min 35 MINUTES!!!! One person taking orders one person handing bags of food one person at counter “on there phone” only 2 people actually making food. Auburn is a joke when it comes to customer service ABSOLUTE JOKE! Auburn hasn’t changed one bit, gotten bigger but people are LAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don’t go to Taco Bell very often but had a craving today for it. The staff was nice and attentive, the restaurant was clean, and the food was decent for fast food. If you’re traveling through here it sits right beside the freeway too so the location is great!

For YEARS now this Taco Bell has had very bland pop, its been this way since at least 2011. Its the defining thing I remember about this location. Other than that everything else is just OK.

I got barley half of what I paid for. Got the steak garlic nacho fries and there were maybe 10 fries and the gordita was all lettuce and cheese with the tiniest amount of beef. Wish I could post a picture here, absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered a Mexican Pizza, cheesy roll up and a beef chalupa. It took forever for the Dasher to even get my order once they got to Taco Bell. Delivery was great, but for as long as it took for Taco Bell to prepare my order, it all should have been hot. Instead it was cold and nasty
