We recently visited OISHII and had a really enjoyable experience. The food was delicious, fresh, flavorful, and a great variety of sushi and Japanese dishes to choose from. The all-you-can-eat format made it fun to try different things, and everything we ordered came to the table promptly.
The service stood out in the best way: friendly, efficient, and attentive throughout our meal. The staff were happy to explain the menu and help us get the most out of our visit. It made the whole dining experience really pleasant.
Overall, a great spot for Japanese cuisine with tasty food and top-notch service. I’d definitely recommend it and look forward to returning❤️

Today was the LAST TIME I came to this restaurant. I must say they just lost 2 regular customers… My husband and I used to come once a month and today we had a terrible experience. Two different waitresses came to our table and told us that we could not order more than TWO PIECES of sushi (Salmon Nigiri). Please note that this is an “All You Can Eat Buffet” and we charge accordingly. But the waitresses came to our table very upset saying that we could not order more than TWO PIECES (of Salmon Nigiri) per round! according to WHAT IS WRITTEN ON THE MENU, in each round you can order 5 pieces of ANY of the items that are in the “All You Can Eat” catalog marked as included!! (According to the menu’s own “rules”) It turns out that the employees make “ugly faces” at customers who only want to eat sushi or something with salmon… Unless you want to eat rice, noodles or something other than fish in this “Sushi & Grill” restaurant, you run the risk of being treated like they treated us… it was really very unpleasant, a TERRIBLE experience. Not to mention that some things we order never arrive at the table… You “can” order 5 pieces per round but there is no guarantee that they will bring them! Their only policy is that there is no waste, but in reality you CANNOT eat the pieces you like… you have to order other things other than salmon or you will get upset employees at your table!! Ridiculous!

Worst buffet I’ve ever been to. The sushi is horrible. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of the first round but it had a HUGE amount of rice. They literally filled us up with rice on the first round. The second round was better, but still look at that amount of salmon in the picture. What is that. The rest of the dishes were meh. The miso soup was not even edible. Don’t come if you want good sushi, save your money.

Nice concept, fast service and okay food, especially all you can eat. Since one gets to order (10 rounds, 5 items each round, 10 minutes between the rounds, during 3,5 hours) a lot for a relatively cheap price. Nevertheless, I was informed on the phone that the lunch will be cheaper than the dinner even on the weekends but we were charged the full price. Also, 3 stars instead 4 because the service could be more friendlier. Apart from that, we had a good time. Would recommend to go one time, especially for ice cream which is very tasty!

Great place to bring kids; they have fun Ording Demontage iPads. Overall the Sushi itself is „okay“. There are definitely better places in Karlsruhe. But the atmosphere is nice and we have fun there; have been going there for years.

All you can eat Japanese style. Drinks are not included, but ice cream is included.
You will get an iPad for ordering and you will get around 10 rounds of order. Each round you will get a limitation of around 4 or 5 menus. But after 5 orders I was already full.
The variety of food is quite good with varieties of sushis, dumplings, snacks, and miso soup and the taste is quite good too.

Very good experience, loads of choice from menu, and staff were prompt with food despite the high footfall at the time. Tablet was easy to use, prices laid out clearly, and staff happy to answer any questions we had. Would recommend.

Have been visiting this restaurant on a Saturday night without reservation. As usually it was packed with a lot of people but I could still catch a seat. As for the sushi it was great and reasonably priced – I’d skip their warm dishes like chicken the next time though as I didn’t like it. Staff was friendly.
