When you don’t change the oil this is what happens. I brought 9 pieces today and 3 are already in the garbage. This was a halfway cooked chicken. Totally unacceptable and disgusting. Maybe they give you the worst pieces if you go through the driveway !

So I ordered two fish sandwiches, since my partner and I are pescatarians. When we got home and began to eat our sandwiches, we realized it was actually chicken. We haven’t touched chicken in 10 years, hadn’t eaten it again until today. Very upset and disappointed, especially since I used to love this spot.

The food was excellent and prepared exactly the way I requested it with extra sauce etc. The employees gave me the attention needed to get the order in. The soda machine was cold & had all the selections. Bathroom and store were clean. I’ve come here every so often over the course of about 20 years, food & service are pretty consistent. I do have to take a star off because of lack of professionalism from a couple of employees. I personally was not offended by the conversation (I was more surprised and entertained) and unprofessional talk of one employee on break and others still working. Friends were coming in conversing, but the content of the conversation was loud enough for me to hear & was definitely not workplace acceptable.

This is the third time this has happened. I ordered plain 8 pieces chicken. Not meal specificity stated. Large fries. Then 6 pieces spicy wings. They charge me for a meal. Gave me biscuits. Which I didn’t order. If you are going to charge me for a meal give me the sides. Guess what no sides. I asked for spicy wings. Guess what they gave me regular wings. Beware if you make any order, they will try to up price you and cheat you. It’s happening too frequently to be a mistake. In 2 months? There’s other Popeyes will not be using this location.

Ever since they sold it a few years ago it’s gotten worse. I stop buying the chicken no taste and I only got the mashed potatoes but yesterday I got them and it was different no taste the gravy horrible. Not good anymore.

I visit this location once in a while and I am usually satisfied with the food, but this time it wasn’t so good. They were out of Mac and cheese so I ordered the mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes had something crunchy in it and I think it was the dried gravy. Did they change the reciepe for the coleslaw?? Ugh, there was a spice in it that was unrecognizable and disgusting. I don’t think I will be visiting this place again.
