Literally just went through the drive thru this morning and got a spicy chicken sandwich combo and later realized that I was charged $28 for that. The lady at the drive thru didn’t even ask what drink I wanted and just gave me what she wanted. She didn’t let me talk and went straight ahead to say she would see me up front. Called to lodge a complaint to refund the rest of my money back. I see no reason I why should pay $28 for a spicy chicken sandwich combo.

Great drive through location. The food was hot and fresh. The fries were even hot when we got home! (That never happens with other fast food chains.) The spicy chicken is a favorite of mine. The ladies at the drive through window were super nice and friendly. Their joyful greeting was welcome. I will return to this location.

I come here all the time with my family and we always have a good time but today, it was a little bit difficult to make the best of it. Max was rude, scoffing and sighing and rolling eyes over and over whenever a customer needed anything and yanked my debit card out of my hand when their machine wasn’t working. Then, later on, nobody bothered to come to the register when we were standing there for five minutes to try to buy frosties, making eye contact over and over with employees that are laughing and joking and talking and completely ignoring us, so we gave up and got ice cream elsewhere.

This like most Wendy’s at this point is beyond ridiculous as to why my good looks like this I asked for my food fresh and hot and this is the results on top of I had a coupon in the app for 2 for $4 jr bacon cheeseburger and was charged 17.84 and I got 1 overcooked dry fries and 2 sitting cheeseburgers reheated and not even warm enough for the sliced cheese to still be hard this place is terrible and they don’t even answer the phone DONT GO HERE!!!

Completely appalled by the lack of customer service at this location. We walked in to do some takeout orders because we had a ton of Wendy’s points through the app. We had to order each item separately because of how points worked so we walked inside.
The drive thru associate was sitting on top of a counter. At first we thought she was dead asleep and then realized she just had her head down and was on tiktok/instagram. She saw us, got off the table and then walked to get the manager so we could order. Manager walks in, doesn’t say hi and just says “what do you want?” We order and as soon as we’re done ordering, he walks away as the receipt is printing. I had to grab the receipts myself.
We were given our food and were provided 2 sauces for 2 large fries and 10 nuggets. 2 sauces. Manager didn’t even ask us how many we needed.
I’m already reaching out to Wendy’s corporate about this store. The manager and the girl at the drive thru should be fired!!!!

It’s been TWO months and they still don’t have tomatoes!!!! The manager needs to be fired!!! How can they not have tomatoes???? This location is the worst one in town. And they can’t get the food right to save their lives. I will never ever go here again. I’ll go to the one by Walmart from now on. At least I get tomatoes.
A biscuit and gravy implies that there is actually gravy on the biscuit. Maybe stop being so stingy and put some gravy on there. This is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to buy extra gravy because they can’t add it properly. DO BETTER!!!!!!

Service inside was faster than I expected since the drive-up was packed. Two Dave’s Singles to eat in. Food was served hot, and the sandwich was tasty. Lots of parking and clean restrooms. Friendly counter people.
The counterman forgot the drink cups. He misspelled the order name. The self-service area was dirty, and the floor was sticky because of too much cleaning solution and not enough water.

Not an indictment on this location- the staff is fantastic. But the food has become truly pathetic. Your chicken sandwiches used to be my go-to and now there’s virtually no point in ordering them anymore. It actually reminds me of the turkey on the movie Christmas Vacation.

Came at 8pm on Friday December 8th. Drive thru teller was quick and efficient. Had no problems placing my order.
Used 2 coupons on 2 different orders at the window, they were very quick about it.
Food came as ordered with requested sauces in the bag as well as napkins.
The food was well prepared. One of the best Wendy’s drive thru experiences I’ve had. I’ll probably return!
