This is the second time I’ve ordered the Oreo Mcflurry and they have been absolutely lazy and filled the cup with vanilla ice-cream and sprinkled a crushed Oreo over the top.

I’ve attached two pictures to visually show what I’ve received from this specific McDonalds.

The first time it happened I felt like it wasn’t that big of a deal but to place an order two weeks later and receive the same type of lackluster service is wild.

On 18 February ‘26 @ 9:30 AM, I went into McDonald’s @ 16 and Highland Ave. in National City CA. for breakfast. I proceeded to the men’s restroom to wash my hands prior to ordering and eating. Upon opening the door, I saw trash, receipts, used paper towels, and toilet paper strewn across the floor. The trash can adjacent to the commode was overflowing onto the floor and used toilet paper towels was on top of the overflowing trash. The toilet paper was empty……. ie no toilet paper was available. I managed to avoid stepping on trash as I approached the vanity. I was appalled that an American restaurant would present this type mess to their dining guests!!!
Before ordering a big breakfast, and without making a scene, I approached the cashier and quietly told her that the men’s restroom was a disaster and needed to be serviced. She said “I’ll tell the manager “.
Reluctantly, and because I was in a hurry, I still offered breakfast and ate at a table as far away from the restroom as as possible, yet in sight of the restroom door . While dining, I watched the restroom door to see if the room was being serviced during the half hour I was there. No employee ever approached that door.
As I ate, I observed a young black man mopping the entrance and dabbling around here and there in the restaurant.
To the general public, if you’re thinking of going out to dine @ McDonald’s , you should be advised that the McDonald (16th & Highland Ave.,NC) should be avoided. . Choose another location or cafe. This one “Grossed Me Out”!!!
Obviously the owner/manager of this
franchise doesn’t care about the cleanliness/sanitation aspects of their food operations. Government sanitation inspectors should become more proactive for the sake of decency and welfare of their citizenry!!!

Why do they offer table service if you have to go back to counter to get your food, just don’t offer it. I like their McRib. Managers don’t really move much from their spot. They work somewhat at their spot but count on the efficiency of the employees to do all the walking around & cleaning work. Kudos to the working employees.

I went through the drive-through and clearly ordered one sausage McMuffin (no egg) and used a $.99 iced coffee code. Despite confirming multiple times that I wanted one item, I was charged $7.02, which was about $2 more than expected.

When I politely brought this to the manager’s attention, the response felt dismissive rather than helpful. The issue wasn’t the amount—it was the lack of effort to calmly explain or correct a simple order discrepancy.

Mistakes happen, but customer service is about how they’re handled. Unfortunately, this experience fell short.

The employees here are horrible and doesn’t help you at all, then another customer committed assault and battery towards me. I placed an order on the app to be picked up at the counter. I went and asked for help, showed them my order, and the code. The employee asked to see it and told it’s not complete with a tone as if I’m stupid. Then immediately touched my phone without my permission. I told them don’t touch my phone, and then she proceeds to grab for my phone before asking me if she can see it without asking for my permission first and I told her no, when I’m already annoyed and aggregated, so I showed her the ticket, where the order is supposed to be picked up as it clearly showed AT THE COUNTER, and because I said she can’t have my phone she walked away and proceed to ignore me. Then I kept waiting to get help because I ALREADY PAID FOR MY ORDER, when an employee called out an order for a different customer, MIND YOU THERES ENOUGH ROOM TO PASS AND GRAB THE FOOD TO MY LEFT, the other customer proceeds to be aggressive, threatening, and used his body to pushed towards me while the employee did nothing and just watched. HORRIBLE PLACE, THE RESTAURANT ALWAYS FEEL AND SMELL DIRTY, I USED THE BATHROOM AND SOMEONE WAS BRUSHING THEIR TEETH,AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY UNHELPFUL AND DOES NOTHING TO HELP AND INVADE YOUR SPACE WITHOUT PERMISSION.

Did a curbside pickup just about to pull away and something told me to check me order. Good thing i did because my order was incorrect. I would of driven home and been upset for my order not being correct. Had to walk into the restaurant to get correct order. Not happy with this place. Plus my fries was not cooked fullly

It took one bite to know this was not a Filet-O-Fish.
I just got off work and was so happy to buy my favorite hamburger.

I take a bite and it’s cold… the bread and fish felt burned and hard… it taste nothing like it should.

I decided to open it, and was so surprised to find out that this had only 1/2 of a cheese square, 1/2 of a fish filet, and has just a smear of my favorite sauce.

I have attached a picture of what YOU McD claim to sale and the reality of what this place offers.

I also asked for a soda and the soda tasted nothing like a normal soda would. (This is another story)

This place needs a change!!!!!!!!!!
