every time I order from here is the same thing either The food is cold or something is missing on top of the fact that you pay for a medium fry and basically get a small fry now I get the price of food going up for them, but they also take the price up of the food that We order so it shouldn’t be a problem to make the fries look like the images you see on TV, social media and the posters all across McDonald’s building….. McDonald’s needs to get it together not just this one, but everyone in the Wayne County area

The past 2 times we’ve eaten here. The food has been fine. And the service great. I like to recognize when we receive good customer service. This is so important! Mind you this was later in the evening. I just wanted to leave a positive when it’s deserving. The only reason I don’t give five stars is because they don’t have pup cups for my dogs. All drive thrus should have treats for the puppies. They like chicken nuggets, but in summer they like ice cream too. So, when we want ice cream we go to King Kone. They have ‘pup cups’.

This is probably the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. In my experiences here, the service is good, the people are friendly, they get your order right and the food seems more fresh than some of the other restaurants.

When I arrived at the Joy Road McDonald’s in Westland, I experienced poor customer service while picking up my order. The female associate was not friendly and told me “here” while giving me my order through the drive thru, there was too much ketchup in my sandwich. The fries was the worst part of the meal because they were undercooked. In fact, the fries kept coming apart and tasted like mashed potatoes instead of fries. The manager refunded my order in cash.

The managers are completely disrespectful and rude there is one manager who all out disrespect s you if you look at least under the age of 20 she yells at you for no reason. I a Franklin student goes there everyday after school but one day the manager came up to me and started yelling and saying I was banned. I tried to ask her why but she just yelled at me and my friends and called the cops on us. I was in a group of 5 other people 3 girls and 2 guys, she only yelled at the girls and told them they were banned but the guys were free to go.

One of the few McDonald’s left that has decent workers in the Livonia area. It is the mornings that I visit this location so the workers are older and not the afternoon school kids. It’s usual clean. You do get the senior groups meeting up for coffee. This location has decent seating available so you are not on top of each other.

The night manager, Jesse, is awesome. I had an issue and he was able to resolve it promptly and efficiently!

My food is always great and hot, the night staff is excellent and very attentive. This is the only fast food restaurant I’ve been to where it feels like the works love their job, they are so awesome.
