NOT a good experience 2day. Service was awesome, but whoever is cooking today – GET IT TOGETHER. I ordered hashbrowns with onions, cheese, mushrooms, & ham. There was only ONE lil chunk of ham…just one. I did not ask for tomatoes, but those somehow made it into my bowl. (I can’t stand cooked tomatoes). On my lunch break so i can’tgo back, and this Waffle House does not take phone calls, so I’m forced to eat this bowl with no meat & picking the tomatoes out.

Not a good experience here! I waited 10 min just for someone to recognize me and finally was able to get a booth however, after waiting an additional 30 min just to place an order, the waitress with the piercings finally came over and I said: “finally”. Her reply was: “you should have went to McDonald’s it would have been faster”. I walked out so fast! This service is an absolute joke, I’ll take my money elsewhere!

We are visiting from Dallas, Tx and we are in the process of heading back home. Stopped by this waffle House around the corner from our hotel the Wyndham.
The food was great, service was great Egypt was our server. She was very sweet, kind and efficient.
We sat at the counter and had the opportunity to watch this well oil machine work. Princess was running that station. Her memory was impeccable. I even enjoyed witnessing her level of integrity. She was grabbing platters and in the midst of preparing food she noticed a platter was not clean and immediately disposed of it.
A lot of places would not care but she did and I enjoyed knowing that she has character and cared about the preparation of customer’s food.
The overall experience was great Thank you waffle House of Atlanta.

Avoid this location, it is a complete cluster of disorganization. The girl at the front seating guests had no method of organization and seemed generally clueless, resulting in seating completely out of order (which meant we were standing around waiting for a table for 20 minutes while others after us were seated quickly). Then once we finally got a table, we waited 40 minutes after ordering and still did not have our food. After asking the staff about the status of our order, we got shrugs in response and no plan to fix the situation. We eventually just got up and left.

Closed to dine-in on weekends, even at 10:45p. Takeout only. I have gone on weeknights though and it was fine, though you could tell they were nicer to some customers than others. Very not busy overall. One random Wednesday I enjoyed a staff dance off because I was the only customer. Really wish they didn’t close on weekends. Have the reason for going to Waffle House is the dine-in experience. It’s certainly not the food.

I took my granddaughter here after a doctor’s appointment that could have gone all the way left, but she manned up and took her labs and shots like the young lady she is. She ordered pancakes and eggs with bacon and grits, I got a waffle with eggs, cheese grits, and bacon. Everything came out hot and fresh, actually I sent my waffle back to get a more crispy version. Our server was very attentive and welcoming, which made our experience better than most. Coming from Las Vegas, Atlanta servers leave a lot to be desired.

Discourteous & unwelcoming! There wasn’t any parking spaces at the Sportsbar across the street & WH parking lot was virtually empty, 1-2 cars present & not a single customer present. So my handicapped friend parked in the ♿️ lane. We entered & asked the server if we could park there, go watch the game & return for a meal afterwards. She asked the manager & told us that security may tow the car, they can’t assure us anything. This caused my friend & I to never eat at this WH ever & prompted this rating. Didn’t get to try their food & this review could’ve been great. The manager should consider a bit of courtesy & manage up themselves vs turning customers off & away when there’s opportunity for Grace, consider giving it . God bless your .

This was hands down the worst waffle house I’ve ever been to. I received no receipt with a breakdown of my order, the chicken bacon melt meal is 7.69 plus tax but I was charged 11+ and it was a to go order. My food was absolutely sloppy and terrible. I asked for my hash browns to be well cooked, I got spaghetti. And the sandwich…. I can’t explain the incompetence it takes to mess it up that bad. The sweet tea was extra bitter, the lemonade was sour, even the sodas didn’t taste right. I really couldn’t believe it.
