food was great and overall was pretty cool, waitress was also super nice. but I didn’t really appreciate towards the end of our time, I felt very pushed out to leave. i’ve been a server before, so I understand but I didn’t really like that the waitress was hovering over us and watching us while me and my wife were just trying to relax after eating. I even noticed a crowd of employees including our waitress along with the manager talking across the store and when we looked at them I heard them say “they’re looking at us” implying that we were looking at them and then they ended up walking to the back. food was great and overall service was pretty good other than feeling pushed out. I don’t know if it was because the server needed to leave or because the section was closing but no matter what I would appreciate them just to come over and say something then crowd over our shoulder when me and my wife are having a conversation because I gladly would have moved to another table.

Went here for a family dinner on a weekday (Thursday) and what a terrible experience.
1/ the place is not even half full, yet we had to wait for 15 mins to be seated. Ok probably due to shortage of staff.
2/ we ordered 1 appetizer, 1 wings, 2 entree and 1 dessert (brownie bite). The appetizer came out fine. Waited for 15 mins. Then the dessert came out next (?!?) and the ice cream all melted. We asked if food was coming out at all and she said yes. Waited for another 15 mins and food was served. No surprise, the food was cold.
We tried to talk to someone but it was impossible to get attention to. Safe to say we definitely do not return to the restaurant.

Ordered Doordash ~The guy had to wait for the order….He waited 20 mins to be paid $2.50 to pick up self employment 12.9% tax on that! But food was yummy & I tipped extra, cause he had to wait longer

Ill keep it short” walked inside immediately got seated ordered a few drinks and appetizers quick and easy. It was afterwards ordering are main course we both decided burgers he wanted a hamburger and I ordered a “grilled” chicken sandwich. We then waited and watched other people get there food that had just walked in 15mins after we did.. okay? 30 mins go by and we finally got them. his was exactly what he wanted “far as I know” they then look at me and say we’re so sorry that we didnt grill it like you ordered and offered to make another after ive already took a bite of the burger. No thank you “since we’ve already waited 30 mins” for a simple chicken sandwich. Afterwards my friend didnt want me paying for it since it probably wouldve aggravated me more “he was right” 78$ for 2 burgers and onion rings… I was beyond not impressed but shrugged it off. End of the day I will not be spending money there agian waitress was amazing and super apologetic… I get it we all have bad days. But 78$ for a 30min wait on burgers alone was a bit stupid. If it wasn’t for my friend being there that I haven’t seen in years. I would’ve walked out.

I usually only do car side at Applebees if I know Ashley is working which is Friday nights. She is my absolute favorite, most bubbly and always is super sweet!! I also know my order is going to be right and I never have to worry about it with her.

You can always count on Applebee’s to provide a good dining experience we’re in Lebanon for a convention and being a diversified group had to choose a restaurant for dinner. Dependable good comfort-food chain! Took bowls and bourbon shrimp and steak, but the best part was the pretzels – they were soft and tasted yumm with the honey mustard sauce. Like how they include the calorie count for their meals on their menu. Although we waited a little while to be seated, the service otherwise was great!
On a second visit, took the bourbon shrimp and chicken and loved it as well.

Out waitress was extremely incompetent. I asked for water with no ice. She brought water with ice. I ordered garlic mashed potatoes and all she could offer me was garlic green beans to go with it. I told her I didn’t want more garlic could I get a salad. She said yes but she’d have to charge for a side salad. My steak came and it bounced when I tried to stab it with my fork. I sent it back and requested a salad. It would be quick and I could still eat with my family.

Abby was our server, sweetest most genuine person. Had us laughing the whole time like we were old friends, couldnt praise her enough! Highly recommend sitting in her section if you come here, stellar service!
