If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid 20 FREAKING DOLLARS to get a bowl with extra carne asada, and when I got home there was definitely not double meat in the bowl.
I contacted them through the chatbot and was left on read for 10 minutes. I called the store and was hung up on twice before talking to a manager, I told them I had photos of the food, but I had eaten it, because I was hungry, and they told me they didn’t care, and there was nothing they could do, unless I came back and they gave me extra meat, or showed them the food, which I ate, because I bought food in order to not be hungry.
I don’t want extra meat by itself, and I definitely don’t want to get left having 3 separate times after spending a SIGNIFICANT amount of money on food.

This wasn’t a very good experience. We walk in and start our order when I notice one of the employees had a cast on his arm and he was serving and touching food with nothing covering it. He even was digging around and try to scratch under his cast. Another employee dug an eyelash out of his eye with the gloves he’s using to make people food and went right back to making food. No washing his hands, no changing his gloves. At check out I was looking in their drink cooler which sits behind the cash register and notice at the very bottom next to some other items, there was a few cans of white claws down there. Which just didn’t seem right. Anyways definitely won’t be returning to his location any time soon.

The absolute worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant before. Not even sure how they were busy if the food tasted like tasteless scrapes. I ordered a steak bowl and had about 6 tiny pieces of meat. I should have taken a pic before I started digging to eat. As soon as I opened the top it looked like sour cream soup. There were large pieces of spinach instead of the normal lettuce. The fajita vegetables were in chunks and not slices, there were also inedible pieces throughout the bowl which I didn’t get a picture of all of it because I spit it into a napkin. Also, did I mention it was flavorless. Thankfully I order a side of the tomatillo red salsa to help boost my will to ingest the rest of my food.

The portions keep getting smaller and smaller hardly enough rice to cover the bottom of the bowl, skimpy on the protein as well. Don’t even get me started on vinaigrette WHY can’t Chipotle make enough for an entire day (this is a problem across any location I’ve ever gone to) and why such small portions? I have to ask for multiple instead of just one because the cup isn’t even a quarter of the way full

The employee’s response the one in the picture was a flat “no”, delivered in a rude, dismissive tone with zero explanation and zero effort to clarify or help. If employees can’t apply promotions correctly—or at the very least explain them respectfully—then those promotions shouldn’t be advertised at all.

This location has disappointing me several times. Either the order is wrong, my chips are stale, The wait is terribly long. I get my food way past the pick up time, or the customer service was horrible. Today when I visited the ladies restroom there was absolutely no tissue nor paper towels at my disposal. Also, the toilet was absolutely filthy! The trash cans were completely full and the self service area was a mess! They clearly do not care about how this establishment is ran.

was unable to talk to a manager. And customer service was no help. I didn’t want to make a review, but I came in today and had a terrible service experience. The front of the house seemed like they didn’t even get trained. They did not know what they were doing. And the older people stood in the back and watched them as they messed up both of my orders. One of my orders is $30 so to spend that much on food and not get what I wanted was not a good experience. I do not blame the front of the house workers as it seemed they did not know what they were doing like they were not trained

My experience at this Chipotle was unacceptable. The food quality was very poor, and the customer service was basically nonexistent. The grill and prep areas were visibly filthy —it’s shocking that a restaurant would operate in that condition.
Customers should never have to pay for low-quality food, dirty equipment, and staff who clearly don’t care about service or cleanliness. This location urgently needs serious management attention and a complete cleanup. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone until major

I had a very disappointing experience at this location today at 10:10 PM. These two African American women were unwelcoming and rude from the moment I walked in. I wasn’t greeted, my order felt completely rushed, and to make matters worse, it was prepared incorrectly.
When I politely asked for green sauce on the side, I was told there wasn’t any—even though I saw it with my own eyes. It felt like I was being dismissed for no reason, and the overall attitude was careless and unprofessional.
I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for a long time because it used to be a reliable spot, but this experience makes me seriously reconsider returning. Management needs to address customer service standards here immediately.
