Stopped by Burger King in the food court and grabbed a Whopper combo and a regular Whopper; both were exactly what I needed and really hit the spot. The burgers were hot, fresh, and tasty, and the fries were nice and crispy.
Being in the food court made it easy to grab a quick meal and keep moving, and the seating area nearby was convenient. Even though it’s a busy spot, the service was pretty quick. Definitely a solid choice for a classic fast food fix!

Last December 23rd I made an order through the mobile app, in this location. but I had several problems before putting the order in the app. It turns out that my family and I arrived at this Burger King location and asked the Cashier if we could order online through the app and the.manager in a very rude tone who was right behind the cashier said that we they called me that my order was ready, and to my surprise the same boss was the one who delivered the order with the Promotional combo that she herself had denied me at the beginning of our arrival. definitely in this store lies to the customer and they take advantage of the customer taking advantage of the customer taking into account that the store is inside the dolphin mall. they force the customer to physically order at the checkout in order to buy more and they sell more without respecting loyalty points and online orders could not order anything by the app let alone apply any promotion in the store through the burger king app. directly in the box. this seemed very bad on their part and also intimidating for the client since I myself was realizing that in the app I could place the order to pick up in the same store. I had to leave , sit in a chair and submitted the order at the risk of paying an order that would never be processed, it turns out that the order was submitted correctly and after 10 minutes they called me that my order was ready, and to my surprise the same boss was the one who delivered the order with the Promotional combo that she herself had denied me at the beginning of our arrival. definitely in this store lies to the customer and they take advantage of the customer taking advantage of the customer taking into account that the store is inside the dolphin mall. they force the customer to physically order at the checkout in order to buy more and they sell more without respecting loyalty points and online orders

I’m a recurring Burger king customer and the food today was the worst that I eat in a Burger King. The nuggets were overburned, the bread of the Wopper was hard, and the coke had too water. And this location doesn’t accept any coupon or code. Not recommended. Try another food.

so today I had about the worst experience ever at any fast food place, let me start by saying that i went and purchased a meal for someone who doesn’t eat pork and has a stomach problems which I mentioned. this happened around 3 pm or so, the person was busy so they were not able to eat it to later in the day, the order was wrong, I went to get it fixed and the assistant manager was not only unprofessional but disgustingly rude, I got her name as she was sarcastic and showed me her badge, her name was melania, I requested to speak to a manager but she argued with me as to why it took so long for me to come back to get the order fixed, I initially told her not everyone eats right away….she turned her back on me and was arrogant and argued with me about the time difference, I am a manager myself and regardless of the time it takes for any customer to come and fix a problem I believe that it is the manager’s job or in this case the assistant manager’s job to fix the problem rather then escalate the situation. as I mentioned that I too was a manager she again was sarcastic about my response and so I demanded to speak to someone else in charge or at least in charge of her, there were many customers behind me and saying to just fix the problem, when she finally took whatever came out finished product line she did not even to bother to look but she handed me a burger with bacon, I believe I mentioned that the person doesn’t eat bacon because of their religion. when I asked for the fries she actually went into the trash can to get the bag she threw away and opened it up in front of the long line of customers behind me and said there were no fries, yet I ordered a meal, I told her all I have is the soda so you made another mistake, she proceed to ignore me and kept on serving clients and giving them their food…..here’s the kicker she never washed her hands and even if she was wearing gloves which I don’t believe she was they had already been in the trash can when she got the bag of food I gave her…..so my question is? does Burger King just hire unprofessional, unqualified people to manage and to ensure the health codes which all fast food restaurants should follow? if so there was a big oversight when hiring this assistant manager melania. Buger king management should really go through a better anger management course and also a course on health risks involved when dealing with food.

I recently visited the Burger King at Dolphin Mall and I must say, it was a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made sure that my order was taken and prepared exactly as I wanted it. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious.
I ordered the Whopper meal and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The meat was juicy and perfectly cooked, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The fries were crispy and hot, and the soda was nice and cold. Overall, the meal was fantastic and exceeded my expectations.
What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff was attentive, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure that I had a great experience.
